Kristy JMake sure your trucks are ready to be rented again. Tire pressure was low on my truck and warning light was on. Radio didn’t work. Did not have a dolly again per my request from rental. You need to fix this issue. If you don’t have the equipment available do not let people think you do. This is unacceptable and bad customer service.

romar dMiguel was a great help and we had a smooth transaction. When I shared a concern of a dirty trailer he right away had a solution and even though he was alone on shift and had a line he immediately took care of my concern. I recommend this U-Haul facility
Juan CPlease do a a better system to rent dolly equipment. Your system allows for people to add it to their rental but when arriving to store they are sold out. For people to rent and rely on the dolly and not have one available is a major inconvenience.

Iolani MThe parking lot can be a little tricky to leave if there are trucks being returned. I had to do a full 360 in a 10 ft rental because there were vehicles being returned and that exit was blocked
Ixcel LOverall the experience with the truck was fine. However, my personal vehicle was blocked in when we went to retrieve it after drop off. There were no signs and we were not notified that they would block the exits and entrances with trucks and vans. They also would have seen my car when they were moving the trucks and vans into position, they knew what they were doing.

Tim OInspect the trucks before renting. I was given a truck with over 333,000 miles on it with missing knobs on the radio. Then I was switched to a truck that wouldn’t move ( come to find out, the truck was empty). Last I had to go from a truck to a cargo van. Due to all this , I was late meeting my movers which ultimately cost me a significant amount of money
LIVIA WYour team at the Redlands location were professional & extremely helpful. However, I do have a major problem with your mobile app and website in regards to dropping off your rental trucks. The app crashes upon opening & your website has severe latency which restarts the drop off process. Please fix this ASAP.

Randdy AThe tires on the 26’ truck that I rented are apparently nylon based. They make driving for the first 30 minutes miserable!!! Nylon type tires are out of round until they heat up. Until then, the truck behaves like you are riding a bucking bronco not a very nice brand new truck. Once they come up to heat and become circular as tires should be, the truck was an absolute dream to drive!!! I maintained approximately 60 mph from Redlands, CA to St. George, UT except for the steep upgrade hills where my speed dropped to between 50 - 55 mph. I was told to anticipate about 10 mpg. The truck was fully loaded and my actual fuel efficiency was 16 mpg. Mileage is proportional to frontal area, load and velocity. I saw other 26’ U-Haul trucks passing me at about 75 mph with their motors screaming. They probably got 5 - 7 mpg. All in all, the truck was new (34,000 miles), clean and very easy to drive. GREAT TRUCK if they would put better tires on it.
GARY MThe upsell for a hitch lock was handled very clumbsy. There is no lock on the hitch so it would be very easy to steel while parked at night. I asked could they get me one and he said I think I have one inside. He brought it out and handed it to me and said , thats $18.00. Going cross country it cost enough for the trailer but that seemed petty to charge for a necessity like that.
Michael FMy order was changed to this location and whoever did it didn't let me know. They also didn't complete the reservation when they made the change because the app kept sending me back and forth between locations and then wouldn't let me do the pick up from my phone so I had to call in and get it figured out. The lockbox was hard to get open and the lock on the back of the truck was jammed.

Erika TOur reservation time was 11:00 AM, we arrived a bit early, 10:45 AM, in case it was busy or there was paperwork to fill out. We were not helped until 11:20 and I did not receive the text to upload pictures of the vehicle until 11:30 AM. The website did not work and I could not submit any pictures of the vehicle. All-in-All, we'll be going with a different company next time.

Riu BI did NOT rent this Uhaul. Someone else did and use my personal information fraudulently. I called the store direct and talk to Jay. He said he would talk to his Manager and call me back. I have not received any call from the Store Manage or a UHaul Representative. I want my personal information and account deleted from the UHaul.. ASAP

Kendall BHad a lot of issues with scheduling the delivery of the UBox. Not able to schedule in time due to delivery truck issues, and also was delivered outside of the timeframe - had to take off work all day.
