Chuck PI haven’t received my $100 off of my rental agreement. I couldn’t bring the trailer to my drop off location because your company didn’t find one. After saying I’d get my discount anyway once I returned the equipment, I instead was given $50 dollars off. This cost me a days pay(waiting on a trailer that never arrived), and your company acted in bad faith. Still waiting my discount. SMH.

WESLEY WAfter I picked up my trailer. I noticed one of the 4 tires was flat. I was on a schedule and did not have time to return to U-Haul. Fortunately, I have my own compressor and was able to fill the tire and use the trailer. I will check more closely the next time I rent.

hAMDI MOverall, it was a great experience, with a few areas for improvement. The van’s steering or alignment may need attention—at cruising speeds, it tends to drift slightly left and right, requiring a firm grip on the wheel to maintain control. The website does not clearly explain long-distance moving options; I only learned through chat that significantly lower mileage rates are available when purchasing a larger block of miles. Canceling moving help also requires a phone call and cannot be done online. Additionally, the rental location would benefit from a large, clearly visible sign indicating where to return vehicles. While the staff were efficient, they were not particularly friendly.
Santosh NI would suggest that you check the cargo rear door, the rollers may need lubricant or replaced. This would improve raising and closing the door smoothly.’Thank you 😊
Joseph WDrop of was a disaster. I rented a trailer. When I picked up the trailer I was instructed to go drop it off at the drop off location. I got there and no one was there. I waited a long time and no one came. I finally had to remove the trailer myself and then drove to the main office. There was only one customer in the office and she was looking at boxes. There were two workers behind the desk just sitting there doing nothing. One of the workers told me they were busy with other customers which was not the case. The worker told me I had to take the trailer to the trailer lot which is the complete opposite of the pick up day. I had to go back reinstall the trailer and then take it to the lot in the middle of a rain storm. Very unprofessional.
Oliver BTrucks need maintenance upkeep. Gears not working properly, Dolly missing on truck, not clean. Left on hold for over 30 minutes, poor customer service.
Mark GAgain, no suggestions, really. It was a bit out of my way, but the hours were better than the location I usually use in this area. So I might end up using this one again despite the distance from my office.

The team led by Keagon (hopefully I spelled his name right) always have a smile on their face and are very informative. Thank you for always making my experience 5 Star?

Todd KWe had to wait over half and hour to pick up our truck. They could not find the keys. The shipping pads we ordered were not in the truck. The roll up door was very hard to close as it was rusty and completely dry of any lubrication of any kind. The padlock on the roll up door was also corroded and the key turned very stiff. The truck was 14 years old with over 166K on it. While it did the 40 mile drive I needed it for, It needs to be retired IMO. The workers at the store were very friendly and did offer the help where they could. The store itself was clean and organized.
Frank WU-haul clearly has the type trailer I need for this job. I will return to this center either Friday or Monday to rent the proper trailer to meet my hauling needs.
David LCustomer service. Representative was very pushy and rude. We had to change the type of vehicle due to weather conditions. He didn’t like it and was rude about that. When we were in the vehicle looking for odometer reading we couldn’t find and asked for his help. He was rude about that saying it’s not his job and while I was trying to figure out he kept on pushing us to move the vehicle. It’s not every day that I rent or drive these kind of vehicles and some patience and assistance would have helped us. I didn’t had any issues with renting from other locations like 3rd party storage units. This location supposed to be better in terms of service.

Ken HThe truck was all dented the alignment was way off so the truck was was hard to drive, the cup holders where broke and when I turned my keys in they lied to me and told me I was o my being charged for the 40 miles I went over and I was not being charged for the little bit of fuel under 1/2 tank I was told to bring back the truck with when the truck only had a 1/4 of fuel and I showed the gentleman who checked me back in that when I got it is only had 1/4 tank of fuel left and was told I would not be charged for that and so instead of charging me the $.99 permit at 40 miles equaling $39.60 I was actually charged $64.24 so I was lied to and will never go back there to rent another truck again and will be calling for the refund of $24.64 of which I’m owed per the conversation at the drop off location in Farmington hills MI

MICHAEL WAt pick-up there was only one person available to attend to customers and he was addressing an issue with another customer outside of the office. So, there were a few of us waiting for quite a long time for service. This may have been a unique situation, but it would have been a definite plus if there had been another service person to process waiting customers.

Wesley BI was charged for 10 extra miles than what I drove. Not the biggest deal ever, but still unprofessional. I even took a photo of the dash upon drop off for proof of gas level & mileage.
BRENDAN HI was waiting outside for 15 minutes in freezing weather (730-745) for employee assistance in renting my truck due to a tech glitch with the app. The website and customer support both stated that the location opened at 7, nobody showed up til 745
BRUCE PI really appreciated them for having everything ready and was able to transfer one place to another for me to pick up the truck it was so nice of them and I appreciate them and I will recommend you guys every time so thank you
SHIRLEY WBoxes that were clearly marked FRAGILE were crushed by heavy boxes placed on top of them. No one knew where my things were for 2 days. No one knew who I needed to call to find them. Lots of broken items 😕
Karen EWhen dropping off need a better system. I am very green when trying to back up a trailer into a tight spot. Something a customer shouldn't have to do. The person ended up doing it herself after total frustration on both our parts.
