No complaints! Duncan was fantastic. We were in and out quickly and the whole process was extremely efficient. Return was quick and easy as well. Just what you want when you have had a full stressful and exhausting day. Highly recommend this location!

Check battery. Headlights could be effected if driving at night. Why isn’t there no radio frequency? Drive was unable to adjust seat for his lengthy legs and height. We have used U-Haul since the early 1950’s and enjoyed the services. That is what kept us as loyal customers.

Stacey SI was using the app to pick up the truck and I was able to complete the pickup process thru the app. I was advised to take photos of the gas level and odometer reading. However I took photos of the vehicle all around to cover myself. The drop off process was flawless when using the app. I would recommend this location to anyone because although the app was not working the 2 gentlemen I dealt with were very polite and helpful and the science was overall a success

Robert AWhen I started the U-Haul 15 ft truck the gauge said it had a quarter tank of gas. I drove for about 4 miles down the road and the truck ran out of gas. I was in the middle of the street when it died blocking traffic. I called U-Haul and said that I should have checked before I left and I told them I did. The offered no apology and was only given back half of a gas refund for not returning it to a quarter tank. Still no concern or apology from the worker on return. He acknowledged that the gas gets stollen out of the tanks at night and it doesn’t change the gauge when they do that. We had hired help and lost an hour if their paid time due to dealing with the truck not having any gas.

Soladad THad trailer for 2 days left tail light issue tried to switch electrical cord but problem was not fixed did not take time to resolve problem. Issue continued to show up on speedometer overriding how fast I was going. Got pulled over 3 separate times for rear taillight not working. Manager refused to resolve poor experience with any type of credit, but stated he would have shop check it Monday. Hope this isn’t the way your company treats customers!

Juan GWhen I picked up the truck it said it had a 1/4 of a tank of gas however just as I pulled off the lot the light on the fuel gage came on and said I had about 20 miles before it was empty, soni fueled it before I was even able to go pick any of my stuff, however upon returning the truck I told the girl helping me and showed her a picture of the warning light saying I only had 20 miles before empty and also told her how much fuel I had to put in the truck and she gladly reimbursed me for a good portion of what I paid in fuel, which was a very big plus on my five stars, both when picking up and returning the truck the people helping me were friendly and helpful, very short wait time. I will use this location for future needs when moving, I would recommend to family and friends

They knew they had no more because the girl at the front desk said she called other locations and couldn’t find one. If I had received notice of that then I would have been prepared.

Lawrence GWould I recommend to a friend? I’m not sure. The 3 or 4 guys that assisted me did a good job. I rented the 10 foot truck and the guy told me the gas was 7/8 full. However, the gas light was on so I had to go straight to the gas station. I mentioned this to a different guy outside, and he said he put a little gas, but the light stayed on. I find this very unprofessional of this location. Also, the air conditioning was blowing air, but it wasn’t cold at all. It wasn’t hot either. It was full blast, but it was blowing room temperature air. That’s definitely not good when it’s 90+ degrees outside. Overall, I find that management needs to make some changes to the way they do things.

The dealer told me to get it to a quarter tank and I would be reimbursed for the gas money Which I was not. 3 calls to the Fresno location and 3 calls to our UhAul national account and I still have no answers. Everyone at the Fresno location was nice. But I’m 160 dollars out of pocket for fuel for a 60 mile rental. My recommendation to a friend hinges on someone taking care of this. For now it’s no.

Bethuel SOverall I wasn’t happy with my uhaul experience. The blackstone location made a mistake and then it was difficult to get it fixed. Staff was unapologetic and even rude regarding their mistake. I wouldn’t recommend uhaul based on how difficult it was to deal with them. However I did get my boxes on time (I was shocked as everywhere I’ve heard they’re always late) and my items weren’t damaged although that’s due to how we packed them. Also being told I needed to fold furniture pads and sweep the uhauls to avoid additional charges was ridiculous. Do your jobs.

NICULINA HI had made a reservation for the trailer. I told the person that took my reservation that I wanted the location on North Blackstone, that's the location I normally use. When I went to pick up the trailer at the North Blackstone location, I was told by Veronica that my reservation was at the south Blackstone location. I asked Veronica if she could cancel the South Blackstone res and rent it there. I was told I had to go to the one on South Blackstone. It took about 15 minutes to arrive at the South location. When I arrived, the front door was locked even though it was past the time to open. I saw the garage door was open so I entered thru that door in to the office area. There were two persons there siting and just chatting. took a minute but one fellow not wearing a name tag but his uniform had a General Manager patch on his chest finally acknowledged my presence and offered to assist me. He acknowledged my reservation and proceeded to ask the the normal questions for rental . I was a little annoyed because I was in a hurry and had already given all the info to person that took the reservation plus I had rented from U haul in the past. He told me he did not have me on his system I was in the office for what seemed a long time because I now running late. When we went to leave I follow the GM out thru the same way I came in. He told me could not use that exit, it was for employees only and he pointed for me to use the front door. I told him it was locked. He told me it had been unlocked while we were talking. He walked pass my pickup told me where to back in to where the trailer was parked. I did but when I got there, he saw that my tailer hitch ball was on the bumper and he told me I had to have a hitch attached to the frame, not the bumper. I gave him back the contract and left in frustration. I overall wasted more than a half hour there. Seems like he should have verified my vehicle first and avoided all the time wasted, especially since i had a crew waiting to load the trailer. AS I drove away in frustration, it occurred to me that I should have inquired about a smaller trailer. I did not want to deal with that person again so I backtracked to the North Blackstone location. I told Veronica about my experience a the south location and asked her if she had a trailer that was compatible with my hitch, She checked my truck and said Yes. She had her lot person connect the trailer while she did the paper work, I was out the door in less than 10 minutes.

Steven SHave the keys ready when doing the online pickup. I was there at 8 AM when I scheduled the truck; I then called and was notified I had to wait until 9 AM when the location opened. This cost me extra money due to the movers being paid for 8:30, which cost me more; even with the $50 guarantee returned to me, it was not enough to make up the difference. The truck's gas line was also not correct, as I was told. It was said to be at 3/8 but clearly was much lower.
