The staff were excellent.
Mehmet CMy vehicle had low tire pressure on the front left wheel when I got it , you should check on that because I didnt had time to get air and it could lead to major issues. But customer service at this location is the best !!! Props to that !!! The lady who helped me is super professional

Lucas BIt’s such a rip off, it’s claimed to be 20 for the rental but after gas and other fees it comes out to over 150$!! I went from north Hollywood to simi and back. 2 hours and 150& later. This is such a scam I will advise everyone to stay away from this

LOLITA HUnfortunately, the brakes on the vehicle we received went out at a most unfortunate time. As the vehicle was going downhill on Blair Drive toward Barham Boulevard, the brakes failed and the vehicle rolled into traffic. Thank goodness the two drivers traveling southbound on Barham were able to stop quickly and not create a terrible accident. Please have this vehicle serviced immediately before someone is seriously injured. (The service woman at the counter who checked out both out and in was very helpful so I'd give her top marks!)

KELLY SThe U-Haul was on empty. We picked up U-Haul at 10:26 am and asked for the drop off to be at 5:00 pm and the guy said he’d put it down for 5:15 pm same day and when we dropped off in new location they said we were late cause it was suppose to be dropped off at 10:36 am (What the hell!?).
SUZETTE SI always rent trucks from the location on hollywood way this day I needed a truck urgent so I went to my closes location wish is victory blvd I returned the truck with more gas then picking up they gave me no credit the hollywood way location always give me credit for returning the truck with more gas when returned
RAMON LEric was a rock star! Great service and very helpful! Get rid of the creepy guys hanging around your location harassing the customers. Get them off your property. I would never want my wife coming there alone.

Lura VIt’s too expensive. You should lower your per mileage rate. And you should absolutely not let sales people take photos of your customers. This invasion of privacy is inappropriate, and people should be able to opt out if they don’t feel comfortable with that. Won’t be using U-Haul ever again.

Jaime ROnly issue: the gas tank was completely empty! So I had to buy gas before I went anywhere at all. I was given a discount, which is good, but it was a surprise and inconvenience. There should always be at least a quarter tank in there before renting, yes?

Heiko DThe vehicle was functional overall, but the gear shift (drive/park) was quite difficult to operate. Also, the lack of a rearview camera is a major downside for such a large vehicle — it was definitely noticeable. Without helpers, parking in tight spaces would have been very challenging. Overall, everything else was okay.

KRISTEN PMy son and I literally had to wait 45 minutes to rent a truck. Customer ahead of us had issues with the charges. After the resolution, he proceeded to wanting to return couple of rolls of tape which he had purchased and paid cash and he had no receipt for it. It took the clerk over 30 minutes trying to figure out how to locate the transaction and process the refund with several calls made to his supervisor. He was the only clerk on duty with 4 angry customers waiting in line. The clerk should be knowledgeable about every aspect of customer service if he is left alone.
vahik hI was charged a $25 cleaning fee I was no told about it. And the truck was not clean had a lot of dust in the interior. Totally disappointed. Just used the van for 3 hrs.
Jose DEverything was fine considering the circumstances that the system was down on the day that I picked up the truck, but you should never rent a truck out that has less than a quarter tank of gas in it. I think I pulled outnof your lot with the tank 3/16 full. The fact that I had to get gas before I could actually start using the truck and wasting mileage is not right for the renter who is just needing to start getting the job done. I shouldn't have to worry about gas within a few miles of pulling out of the U-haul lot. This is my only issue with the rental of the truck.
Michael AIt is 5 star service. The team there, headed by Fairelynn, is friendly and very accomodating and service oriented. The equipment is clean and well maintained. I already recommend this location to others.
