Valerie DFolks at U-Haul of Poukeepsie were very helpful in getting me unhooked and checked out when I returned the trailer. However, construction on the Mid-Hudson Bridge created a one-hour delay in getting across the bridge from the west side when I returned the trailer. Thus, if you are arriving from the east side of the Hudson, you might better find a location on that side of the river.
David RThe app to do inspection was updated to require a gps location function which did not work for me. App updates should be THOROUGHLY tested before release. I could not get past the gps request to take pictures and record mileage.

Robert MWell I shouldn't of bin in a rush to drive off. First I never saw the bill was just charged without getting a receipt,because computer was down. Now if I did get the receipt I would have questioned why I was charged for the full wiring of my hitch because it was not completed....left the wire wrapped up in the back of my van. TECHNICIAN SAID there's no way to get it out under the van ....you will have to do it yourself. Plus the next day I go to pull out of a parking spot and my dash lights up everytime I put it in reverse?????? Never again will I trust U-Hall

Joseph KTruck engine light was on when first got in. Went back into store and employees said that the high mileage causes the engine light to come on. However driving the truck, the transmission was sticking in the first few gears. So the entire driving experience was horrible. Upon return, the employee by the garage receiving the trucks was one of the rudest individuals I have interacted with. Seriously that guy has no business interacting with customers. While I don't rent trucks often, this entire experience was so bad that I will not be using uhaul anytime soon, and I will be recommending a different company to anyone who asks.
Geoffrey CRented a 6x12 trailer but was unaware that the opening was only 5.5ft wide. wasted an entire day because I was picking up a Utv and it didn’t fit through the gate. It does not say anywhere about that. Luckily tractor supply rents trailer for half the price. Would not rent from U-Haul again

Charise OStop using that app. It’s extremely glitchy and caused me to be charged a late fee when dropping off the truck and also made me miss my storage closing time. Doesn’t work. And your services are outrageously expensive.

Jessica VEvery time I rent from a location 2 miles from my home, I have to go another 6 miles to get and drop off. This takes away from my rental time and I have to pay for an additional 12 miles. $18 each rental. So this last time, I was late because I have to travel to get to the location and had to pay for an extra day because of a couple of hours of time. And the $18 extra for mileage. 1-2 hours should not constitute an additional $30 charge for a day. Especially if the facility is closed and they will not be renting to someone else when they are closed. It is a scam and a rip-off!!!! And they do nothing when you complain or ask for a discount because of the change in pickup and drop off. There should a pro-rated amount for a couple of hours not a full days charge. In addition, We picked up at 6pm. The agreement said 5:30pm. So we lost a half hour right there!!!

Joseph MNeed better signage directing folks to the the equipment Return especially if they hadn't looked at directions texted and just planned to go to the desk when returning. I parked it, waited at desk, had to go back out and pull it around back, went back in and waited at desk again to be told that I was good to go anyway.
Dean RAbsolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Would never go back to this location, with the same employees. I rent from U-Haul on a regular basis, but this location changed that. I will now spend my money at Home Depot, for their rentals. This U-Haul location is absolutely horrible.

jhonep ASelected mobile pick up option, key was not in box,, so I had to go inside to pick up key. Cardboard insert still on windshield of truck. Worst part was being charged for 3 gallons of gas even though I only drove 13 miles!
Stephen CDoor doesn’t close on the truck. I can see the road while driving through the crack. WiFi doesn’t work. App didn’t work. Had a terrible time dropping off the vehicle and registering that I did it on time

PAUL KNothing I can think of. The van was new as was most of the others, nice to see that. Easy pickup & return. The associates at the counter when I picked up and dropped off were patient and helpful. Overall great rental. I’d recommend this U-Haul rental.

DIEGO VU-Haul should be more flexible with pick up and drop off locations. There is a vendor a mile away. I make the booking online for that location, confirmation comes back saying I’m booked. Then you have to wait for a call from a representative. The representative then says, no units are at the location only at one 11 miles away. And NO they don’t move units around for the customer. They make you go to the other place for pick up. Before completing the reservation, I asked if I can drop at my local one. Again, no. It’s the old bait and switch confirming you can get the unit you want at the location you want only to be told, NO. No excuses, no rate change, nothing. So what should have taken a couple of hours, turned into more than half a day. You have been warned.
