I try not to feel offended by people’s tonality when talking to me but his was just too hard to ignore would definitely escalate his issue to the appropriate leadership if I could.
Jayelon TI have moved 3 times in the past three years so I have some experience with uhaul rentals and this was the most stressful. There was no uhaul employee on site and when I called the number I provided by an employee from the towing company, they did not answer. When they finally picked up they sounded as if they had just woken up and couldn’t process our rental. They have to try multiple times. The rental equipment was not in the back of the truck as promised either. The towing company employee was very helpful though.

Jerry JMy wife reserved a truck and an appliance dolly. They had the truck, but NOT the dolly. Now we have to rent another truck AND dolly to move our washer, dryer, and refrigerator.

Graciela JThe truck was super dirty. The tank was on empty the empty came on when on got to the red light. The attendant at u-haul told if I left gas in the tank more 1/4. I left it at less than 1/2 a tank. I would receive a credit of $10. When I called back about my credit he said it had to be a 1/2 a tank. That is crazy that is not what he said. BECAUSE NEVER WOULD I HAVE DONE THAT. GIVE THEM HALF A TANK FOR A $10 CREDIT. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THESE GUYS.
Leticia AHello, Brought a 10’ truck and trailer back. Could not find anyone for like 10 minutes. Walked around the entire location until I heard a whistle behind me. Then asked me to back the trailer up, not my thing. Place looked good and I always recommend UHaul. I will go back to this location. Thank you

John BNot a great experience this time. Van bed liner was dirty and we ended up cleaning it off ourselves before using the van. Van smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Rep was fine but understaffed and did try a spray for the cigarette smell. It turned out that someone had pulled the fuel filler hose which explained the smell of gas when we drove off. So no this was not a good experience. Would still recommend them overall since we've rented from them before without an issue but definitely not based on the last visit.
Robert FTrailer pulled great. Looked like almost new tire and did the job nicely. Drop off was extra easy and convenient. Attendant was great. Will be repeating this rental a few more times in the future!

Monica NBe clear about expectations at a uhaul site - take pic of everything to prove conditions. Staff was nice but I didn’t realize I had to figure everything out on my own. Basically I give a card for payment and I get a key. Do you really need a person? Maybe you automate the whole process since no person really interacts with customers

JENNIFER PThe cigarette lighter style power outlets in the truck do not work so my phone died on my way back, therefore could not use navigation therefore sat in more traffic than I would have if I could have used navigation. I notified the attendant when I returned the truck and he did t offer any kind of discount or partial refund which, I think, would be the appropriate thing to do.

Michael HMy credit card was hit 3×3 different charges for one less than 24 hour service. The confusion came when I told the company that I would be using it just a little bit longer than I thought. I was planning on just a few hours that day, the employees couldn’t explain why there were three different charges hitting my card, except to say that it’s part of their process. I wish I would’ve been told that, I understand the rental fee and insurance charges along with the Dolly charge of 799 the entire process and confusion was very annoying .

Eugene BI had originally made my reservation for a different location in Oxnard but they told me last minute that they didn't have the van I needed to rent. The Ventura location was very accommodating and the guys there were very nice and welcoming.
CHEYENNE Hyour equipment is made very well and supported my move as I needed it to.

doug wI called zip 93010 to verify a car carrier was available and was quoted $198. one way to 89061 but I had to confirm with the seller the day to pick up the auto was ok. When the seller confirmed the date & time and I called to reserve the office was closed. I called the office Monday morning, spoke to a different employee who said they had carriers but not for one way.the computers were down & couldn't rent anything until the computers were up . We found the next closest office. Called to confirm availability. When the computer was on line we went to pick it up. Now the price was $259 + insurance and tax, Total over $300 for a Five Hour rental. A friend rented a car carrier in the Midwest to bring an auto and he paid $40 a day for a five day rental was $200. + insurance & tax. Does it sound like I was over charged?

Erin M | Overall ExperienceThe manager, Anthony, gives 5-star service. However, this location’s setup is not optimal for long-term storage. If you primarily need moving services, it’s a great choice! Great people.
