Was charged for a â€œcleaning feeâ€ even though it was absolutely filthy when I picked it up, charged $35 for a quarter tank of gas, and charged a whole additional day even though I returned 10 mins late, having to fill out all the return information online takes quite a bit of time. I will not be renting from this company again.Amber C.

Back tire on passenger side of trailer was flat. We were sent to another location to have the tire fixed or changed. The other location did not do that kind of work. Finally, we had one of your repair vehicles come to our home and fix the flat so that we could load the vehicle. Also would have been helpful to have instruction that one fender dropped so that the driver door could be opened once the car was loaded onto the trailer.WILLIAM P.
I received the truck with a quarter tank in fuel. I paid roughly $100 to fill it completely during my trip. Prior to returning the vehicle, I stopped at a gas station two blocks from the return site and got $20 in gas, as it was not completely empty, returning the fuel level to a quarter tank. When I returned it, the woman told me I was, " good to go", then later charged my card $74 for fuel. I called for three days to inquire about this, and my calls were never returned. I had to dispute with my bank. Also, when I tried to return trailer a couple days earlier, there was a note saying that location is now, "working remotely" and to call a number for service. I called, left a message, never heard back. Had to drop trailer at a different location. This is a shady operation that shouldn't be in the UHaul system.JENNIFER J.
