RAYHAN AConveniently located small location. The lot for trucks is behind the building and tricky to access with the larger trucks (i.e. nothing larger than 15ft will fit)
CHARLES WSketchy neighborhood. Office closed ‘early’. No instructions where to leave key or truck. Office looks derelict.
Edis ZThe man who was working at this location on august 20th made our experience on an otherwise terrible day very smooth. It was very surprising to me that renting a truck was the easiest part of my day. The man who was at the office made everything very clear and straightforward and our mission succeeded because of him.
Vincent CI love it when we get to know each other. I show up; I get what I want, while providing dealer with what they want. I video the whole truck, which is clean and I return it in the same condition. Win/win. Highly recommend.

The place is filthy and awful, but the guy in charge knew his stuff and treated me really good. If I use this location again, it's only because the person was so nice and knew what he was doing.

Colin TDespite booking the dolly in advance, when I got there I was told, there isn’t one and it is on a first come first serve basis. This is while nothing was mentioned about this system while booking. Absolute worst experience because my moving became ten times harder without a dolly!

Deanna SThe location was good but the truck was not clean. The truck also had alignment issues and had to always steer to a bit right in order to drive straight and stay within my lane. Other than that, the location agent was supportive and easy to communicate with.

Okan EI lost my credit card and it was returned right away, thanks to the dedicates staff. I called them as soon as I found out at night after the place closed, then he said he would find it for me. Next day he told me he found it during turn around and I got it back Hard working staff here

Tony RCONS - Checkout place is a dingy hole. I was supposed to be able to pickup via phone - app didn't work. Office opened 10 minutes after 8am - was supposed to be able to pickup via phone by 8am. Ordered 24 moving blankets - got 6 (this changed the whole packup as we didn't have time to find alternatives.) No walk around provided for pre-existing damage and no way to do so on the app - it still wasn't working. I was listed as travelling 25 miles. Went no further 10. PROS- Was able to change size of truck online easily the day before. Truck seemed to be in working condition. Checkout was easy as the app finally started working.
