Colin TDespite booking the dolly in advance, when I got there I was told, there isn’t one and it is on a first come first serve basis. This is while nothing was mentioned about this system while booking. Absolute worst experience because my moving became ten times harder without a dolly!

Okan EI lost my credit card and it was returned right away, thanks to the dedicates staff. I called them as soon as I found out at night after the place closed, then he said he would find it for me. Next day he told me he found it during turn around and I got it back Hard working staff here

Tony RCONS - Checkout place is a dingy hole. I was supposed to be able to pickup via phone - app didn't work. Office opened 10 minutes after 8am - was supposed to be able to pickup via phone by 8am. Ordered 24 moving blankets - got 6 (this changed the whole packup as we didn't have time to find alternatives.) No walk around provided for pre-existing damage and no way to do so on the app - it still wasn't working. I was listed as travelling 25 miles. Went no further 10. PROS- Was able to change size of truck online easily the day before. Truck seemed to be in working condition. Checkout was easy as the app finally started working.
ALEXANDER MEnsure systems work and that check in is completed accurately. The systems were down and I had to give a photo of my credit card and liscnce to the clerk. When I received the truck contract a few hours later the mileage and gas levels were inaccurate to the time stamped photo I took to verify. This caused me immense trouble at drop off.
Bryson FThe guy who operates this location is a crook, he will always try to over charge you for non existent issues and over charges for kms included with the reservation. The pickup was also all smashed up and looked like crap.

Tony RThe staff here always take good care of us. We are regular customers. The only complaint is there hours changed and I was there at 7:30 to fet my van when they didn't even open until 8:30. They left me a message the day before but we are so busy that I did not check it in time. Perhaps a bit more effort as I know I make every effort possible to ensure my clients know when changes are coming. Otherwise, I like the service here...its a good team.

Also, it would be helpful to make it more clear when booking that dollies are not guaranteed - this can affect the experience significantly, depending on what items the customer is using the uhaul to move.

Heather OThe website displays 6am opening, and I booked 6:30AM. The location later told me they don’t open until 8:30AM. I arrived at 8:30AM, but did not receive the vehicle until 8:55. I returned the vehicle after 60mins. The agent checked me in again, after I have filled out everything online already. When I reviewed my initial receipt, I was over charged. The receipt shows 23km driven. I wish I could drive 23km in an hour in downtown Toronto. I have to call again to fix the charges. Given the agent quoted me $50 before checking out the vehicle. I can tell when people are dishonest. Especially when I was charged $50+ twice for total $100+. Moreover the agents tone and lack of objection tells me this was done on purpose, hoping I wouldn’t notice. Terrible and lack of professionalism from beginning to end.

MARIA VHorrible customer service; was told I would have a dolly in the back of my vehicle and that it was there, to then arrive to my home and find it was not in the vehicle as ordered and confirmed by the sales clerk. I have even reached out for this to be addressed and response was “we can’t guarantee availability of materials” when it was literally confirmed to me that it was available. You can understand my confusion, yes? Awful location and experience that delayed my move significantly. do not order from here.

There was some issues outside of their control that was going to be a major inconvenience, and they went above any beyond to find solutions, call other locations, and then in the end, just be a great employee and make it work, saving us so much time. I’m very appreciative of their great work!
Frank BThe staff member attempted to overcharge us. I went into the store with my sister and brother to pick up a vehicle. When I asked for the total cost, explaining that I would be driving დაახლოებით 60 km, he told me it would be $70 per 20 km. That didn’t match the rate listed on the check-in sheet, which clearly stated $1.09 per kilometre. When I pointed this out, he changed the total to $119 without providing a clear explanation of how it was calculated. The inconsistency was concerning and felt misleading. I’ve used U-Haul many times before and never had an issue like this, but based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location.

ELIAS BThe location is sketchy and hard to park in. The “appliance dolly” that we paid $8.00 to rent was old wood on wheels. The truck had a headlight almost out it was so low. The truck itself looked like nobody cleans Them. I have used uhaul at least 7 times in my life and this is the only time I have had a negative experience
