In general the vehicle condition was good and clean, to my expectations, however, the release mechanism of the parking break pedal was a bit broken.
Raz HConvenient location, though parking is tight which makes vehicle pick up and returns difficult. The bed of the truck was peeling up which created a tripping hazard when moving in and out of the truck. I also reserved two dolly’s, neither of which were in the truck so u will be reaching out regarding a refund for that as I was still charged.

REA KAll good here, everything was seamless, I would rent from them again. Early hours on a Sunday was why I had to use them rather than my neighbourhood Uhaul provider so that was a big bonus and appreciated.

It was very surprising to me that renting a truck was the easiest part of my day. The man who was at the office made everything very clear and straightforward and our mission succeeded because of him.
Vincent CI love it when we get to know each other. I show up; I get what I want, while providing dealer with what they want. I video the whole truck, which is clean and I return it in the same condition. Win/win. Highly recommend.

The place is filthy and awful, but the guy in charge knew his stuff and treated me really good. If I use this location again, it's only because the person was so nice and knew what he was doing.

Colin TDespite booking the dolly in advance, when I got there I was told, there isn’t one and it is on a first come first serve basis. This is while nothing was mentioned about this system while booking. Absolute worst experience because my moving became ten times harder without a dolly!
