ALEXANDER M.The customer service was poor, the truck was dirty (hadn't been cleaned from the previous renter), I had to sweep out the back before I loaded it, it smelled bad, and the gas light was on because it was on empty. When I approached the customer service representative about the truck being dirty he begrudgingly grabbed a broom and swept it out but only half asses. I sent a picture. I rent Uhaul trucks approximately 100 times a year for my business. This was my first time renting from this location and will be the last.

Aaron W.Was told the night before my pick up date that my original pick up location near my home would be changed to a new location - 30 min away from my home. Left with no time to look for another option I accepted. Had to fight to even get my original mileage increased to compensate for that extra drive! Same for the gas…and when I picked up it was not on Full - but guy says it was. I refilled the tank to the exact mark where I picked up the truck and now I see a $35 fuel surcharge saying it was not returned full! This is really horrible business. I want the $35 refunded immediately.

DIANE D.I would put the exact hours of the location cutoff for being able to leave the key. Uhaul ended up upgrading my truck to ‘15 foot when I reserved my ‘10. This would've been an issue for the purpose of vehicle, needed to wait until they opened to pick up correct size. Didn't get my $50 guarantee if equipment was not available at my reserved time. Once getting my truck through this time, truck was excellent! Process was effortless directly through my phone, truck was clean, and had no issues on the road.

She was very helpful but my experience could have been much worse if the person working there did not want to deal with the hassle.
