Very poor service. Tell customers the rental is the same rate for all-day usage. We didn't get everything moved because an employee scheduled another customer for the Uhaul. And, the Uhaul wasn't properly serviced.MICHAEL S.

Not really a huge deal. The time i asked for put it outside of the open hours. I did not even think to look and completely missed the fence that circled the property had a gate. So when I came back to return the truck and pick up my car, I could not since it was outside of hours and the gate was closed. It's not a huge deal, but I would have not driven back to try the app return process and also to get my car, had I known that the gate would be closed and preventing me from doing so when I had finished with it that night.Daniel G.

The truck was so modern, I didn't know how to operate it! Maybe a little booklet with basic directions would help. I had to google it at home to figure out how to put it in 4 wheel drive. Although pairing my phone was really easy, with the dashboard screen directions. It was a great experience overall.Janet L.

The lot was easily identifiable because of all the vehicles with "UHaul" on them. We had lots trouble finding the office as it had no signage indicating it was "UHaul" and the door was locked with an "Emplyees Only" sign on it. Good thing we saw someone in the lot so they could direct us to the proper location. We rented the pickup a couple of weeks ago and still have not received an invoice. The staff was very pleasant to deal with.william E.
I feel I've been scammed by U-haul. My husband and I rented a van for 2 days. It was to be returned July 4th. I got the insurance from them as well and returned the van on July 4th. On July 27th they took 600.00 from my account saying there was an accident. There was no accident there's no way we put a dent in the van. The so called accident never happened and was not investigated. They never called us or attempted to contact us at all. Just took the money out of my account without saying why. And that was on the 27th. They also said the insurance was void. Of course but the 27th it would be void. But not for time I rented the van.Nanette B.

Uhaul Juneau moved to a new location since the last time I rented. The site could use some additional signing but the personnel at this location more than make up for the signing deficiencies. To reiterate; The employees that I worked with here in Juneau are outstanding. But the sign label on the back window pickup truck should be GONE. It interfered with my peripheral vision and almost caused me to collide with another vehicle.. REMOVE ALL STICKERS FROM THE BACK WINDOW OF YOUR PICKUPS.. I was charged a $76 fee for a "small dent" in the driver's door via an email. It also said "driver must have backed into an object". I sent an email asking if I could inspect the damage on the day I received this notification on 6/6/20. Never heard back from the proprietor.Carl U.

This location has now nailed me twice for fuel, when they were both returned at the amount specified on the paperwork; although the 2nd - the paperwork said a 1/2 tank and it was not there when I left with the vehicle, so called them and they promised they would notate my account. Returned the vehicle with the amount of gas as when I got it, but they still charged me a refilling charge. Couldn't reach the local location, so had to call UHaul national who refunded me the fueling charge.Nathan V.

For the mileage, you have to put in the estimated mileage for which you plan to travel. I overestimate but this creates a higher bill which you must follow up on to make sure you're billed correctly.James C.
