I stored my items there for a little over a year. When I came to open my door there were rats droppings all at the front door with nesting pieces. There were rats droppings all over my items to the back of the unit. I had to throw away my mattress and boxspring as there were feces and what looked like rat urine all over a year old bed. I threw away a chair as well. All of my items had to be sanitized twice to get the disgusting smell of urine out of them. I will NEVER store my things in an outdoor UHaul facility again!!

When I called to check and see what I needed to do for the move out I was told one thing and then when I got to the office I was told something completely different... I guess I feel like you know everybody should be on the same page when you're talking to customers.

The staff refused to check me out, because, there is a small box broken down in a garbage bag I'm 70 and walked around the storage looking for a garbage can, Justin was rude and told he was going to keep changing my account,as long as the bag was there I'm in Atlanta ga. I've been moving with you for over ,20 years.
