Reservation was made for in store pickup, and went through. Got there to find out that the store wouldn't open until an hour later. Came back since there wasn't any other options, and had the guy at the counter tell me that I should wait another hour for the manager to get there because he couldn't check out the truck to me. When I insisted, he figured out how to do it. It still took over a half hour to pick up the truck. The best part of this experience, however, was when I didn't receive the dolly I reserved online and had to carry individual boxes down several flights of stairs at my apartment I moved out of. Overall, I was unimpressed and very frustrated with the whole experience. My move wound up delayed by 2 hours, and then the guy at the desk screwed up my return time as well so in addition to getting the truck late it had to be back way before the amount of time I had reserved online. This caused me to have to rush the truck back sooner than intended and added unnecessary stress to the whole process.
