Misunderstood about the storage issue but they took care of it
anthony g | Overall ExperienceMy storage Unit was broken into and the contents stolen. There are no cameras or surveillance. Management did not care or offer a solution and discouraged me from making a claim. I have a police report of my case. Instead, they have often been racing the price. Not recommend this place.

WILNER P | Overall ExperienceNot only did I get stuck inside as I did not get proper instructions on check coming in at gate since gate was open. Office closed at 5 and when I arrived customer service reps were still there but when I asked for help getting out worker was new and went to get assistance. Everyone refused to help him assist me. Had to call customer service for a temporary code to exit. And then proper instructions to check in to get in to storage unit. Storage unit was too small. As office was closed and no further instructions. I had to leave and park truck. I was going to be charged extra do miles and extending truck time as I needed to find another storage. When I returned the truck manager did remove additional fees but I spent one hour having this resolved. And come to find out inwas gievn tel until versus 1 unit 10x10. Had this been communicated prior I would not have had to go though so much hassle with a young baby in the cold because this location lacked communication and customer service. And manager wanted to charge me the extra $55 and then refund. Why would I trust that and why would I pay and wait a week or more for a refund after having to pay extra gas for the truck and acquiring a new storage unit! elsewhere? Was an absolute nightmare they can’t govern me y time spend back or the fact my baby was out in the cold. I would never use this location ever again.

Dina D | Overall ExperienceInstructions were not clear about accessing the unit. I then got locked in because the gate was open when I arrived. None of the staff on site would help. I had to call U-Haul customer service to get help to get out the building and then assistance accessing the unit. I then upon accessing the realized it was not a 10X10 but a smaller until so my items could not fit. Due to this I had to get a different storage to use as I was traveling with an infant and could not have him out in the cold. I had to extent the truck return time due to this which means additional $40 , plus extra mileage charge and gas because no one was available. This was horrible service and I would not recommend this location or uhaul. I incurred way more charges than I needed to because my unit was not correct.
