So much. I reserved it for 12 today pick up. They rent for 4 days. Got there at 1. Lady said. Not sure if I can rent to you because you were supposed to be here at 12. Downhill from there for the next 90ish min. Said my truck wasn’t compatible to tow it. Showed all my specs that I can tow 5 tons with it. Finally got it approved after going to truck to show specs on my 2018 Titan XD/receiver and ball. Told them price was supposed to be less. They said it was a deposit. No. Insurance had been added. Went to hook up. Told them of the 2 there neither was the one they rented to me. They said give me your receipt and I will show you how to identify. Oh…yeah. It’s not here. Hook up to this one. Did that. Lights don’t work. Hook up to other one. Oh I have to redo rental completely. Oh. We can’t. This one doesn’t show being here. Have to call corporate and get it fixed…….. Have to cancel your rental and refund and redo. It was horribly unprofessional and time consuming.
Kevin WThe whole experience was a disaster. We booked the truck with unlimitedmiles for 24 hours, only to get an email telling us much later that the location that we wanted to pick up from was arbitrarily changed. The place we went to was a convinence store and took forever to assist us since they wanted to assist their clients that were "quick" purchase items...aka....lottery tickets and such. After receiving my truck and making the move i took the truck to the location on my email only to be told by the Application that once again Uhaul changed my drop-off location to 40 minutes away. I called the hotline where the agent told me that, uhaul, "Needed my truck at the other place not this one." How is it my job to be the transporter of uhaul?? Then the cherry on top...I received my bill, uhaul is now charging me for dropping the truck off at the wrong location...(this is not what happened) and charging me for going over miles..(which i purchased unlimited miles). This is an experience that has convinced me that cheaper is not always better. Uhaul has become the Fox Rent-a-car of moving trucks. If i could give a zero out of 10 I would.

Melinda MHard to figure out from the street, how to get into the place (from the 7-11 gas station next door). No clear signage where the front door was (it's NOT on the old side door, that still "looks" like the front door. ie. It still has your business hours on it!)

DAVID KThe manager who works at this location is customer-focused and knows how to get things done to take care of her customers. We had some issues with the U-Haul system not working properly. She hung in there and helped me out with the rental once it was up and running again. I really can't say enough good things about her as it relates to taking care of me as a customer for both the storage and moving services.

ALAN RHave a backup if the system is down. We had our pickup scheduled for 9am days prior. Because the system was down, it got delayed until 10:30am or so. Why is there not a backup system in place, such as paper contracts.

BENJAMIN WThe trailer fender was smashed which made it difficult to fold down to get out of the car after loaded but Uhaul knew about it and was in the prosses of getting it repaired, other than that it was in fine working order

NICOLE SAwful. Old equipment, heavy mileage, gearbox issues. Slow checkin & checkout. Expensive mile rate . Never again. Many others do far far better than UHAUL. Probably run by executives that are out of touch with customers & markets

Kevin FThe truck was 35 miles to Empty before I left the uhaul parking lot and I returned it 45 mile to Empty. I took the pictures before and after. I was charged $1.19 and I guess it was for extra gas since the truck was perfectly cleaned. You need to inspect your trucks before contracting them too.
NICOMEL RVery disappointing experience. I went to pick up a truck on Sunday, but the key was not left in the key box as scheduled. I contacted U-Haul for assistance, and the representative who answered seemed unprepared to handle the situation and transferred me to another agent. The call was then disconnected, requiring me to call back twice more before a replacement truck was finally arranged. I lost over two hours of my moving day resolving this issue with U-Haul.
Susan TExcellent across the board. Service was pleasant and helpful. The truck was clean and checked to make sure everything was as it should be and yes, I would recommend Value Store it Lake Worth U-Haul, actually I already have.
MARK CNo one was at the location at our scheduled pick up time. We waited outside and tried different doors, but no one was there. We tried the emergency number, but only reached a voice mailbox. Thirty five minutes after our appointment time, an employee arrived. She was apologetic and efficient, which is why I gave two stars instead one. I would recommend this location to neighbor, but only because of the convenience to the neighborhood.

The day of my rental I was running about an hour late for pickup and I received a courtesy call asking if I needed to reschedule or if I needed any assistance with anything. I thought that was a positive call to hold my reservation and not to give away my rental to another customer. Thank you for a pleasant experience

Mitchel FRent 5x9 open trailer for one day to move household items into self storage unit. Equipment in good shape and service was prompt and attentive. I always purchase UHAUL insurance option primarily to cover their equipment in event of accident or damage although I have never had either. Not too concerned about my contents in their trailer. I have rented both Uhaul trucks and trailers over many years. The trucks I have used have been in fair to good condition. The trailers all seem to be in good condition.
