I originally requested my uhaul pick up to be from a main location. It was switched to a neighborhood dealer. I would not recommend this location unless you have two people with you and have your own wiring harness. We had to lift the trailer up ourselves to place onto the hitch. Definitely needed two people. Once we dropped it off. They noticed we had to buy our own wiring harness. They were shocked and asked why uhaul didn't provide one. We explained that this was a neighborhood dealer.

Went to return the trailer and the lot was a mess. Parked the trailer in the back no one came to help or inspect even though it was during business hours. Guy inside took my paper worn and said I was all good after being on the computer for 5 min. I went and grabbed a pic of the trailer just in case. A week later I get a call from corporate because they never checked the trailer in. Love u-haul would never use this location again.

I was paid for PADS and there was no PADS available. I tried calling UHUAL and waited on the phone for over an hour to get a refund but no one answered.

Returned the vehicle 2 days early and still have not received a refund on the early return on the truck!! I was told that I should have an email from the company advising of my refund and that was over a week ago!! I am very frustrated since the equipment I initially rented wasn't even available then had to rent a truck not a trailer that I was promised from my online reservation which was $500 over what I wanted to spend & yet no concessions were made from the company!! I would like to have a customer service rep contact me directly to get my refund back on the truck I had to rent & returned early. Thank you for your assistance in advance. Chandra Love

The person there knew nothing about how to work with UHaul customers or the process. I had to demand a drop off receipt that she was unable to provide as a normal course of business. I felt sorry for her because of he total lack of training.

I reserved the trailer to be picked up a large uhaul location. A couple days before I was called and told they didn't have any there and I'd have to pick it up at a vape shop. I was NOT impressed with having to pick it up at a place like that. Walking in, the lady was very nice but the place smelled of CBD, there was drug paraphernalia everywhere, and a vape counter/bar in the store. I'm just glad I didn't bring my kids with me to pick it up. I was pissed! The trailer was dirty inside and I had to sweep it out when I got home. So unlike other dealings I've had with Uhaul.

First off they didn't have the appliance dolly that I reserved so had to drive 6 mins up the street to go get one. One that added mileage, and two took time from my rental. Second there was a service tire warning on the truck, so had to go fill air in the tire.

I did the mobile Check In as asked to do so, I never was give. A code to pick up the key, just prompted Me to go inside. The lady working was friendly, she helped a lot. However though it was Odd I didn't get a code because she had to look it up and go open it from the box herself.
