Levi was the guy who assisted me and also sexually harassed me, flirted with me nonstop offered me drugs and to go to the back with him. Made it an extremely uncomfortable time and kept telling me stories about sexual inquiries that he had with women in my apartment complex. I was genuinely scared and just wanted to get the truck finally I get the keys and he calls not even 10 minutes later that I needed to go back because he needed them so I had to not only go through that experience one time but twice. I will never recommend anybody going to the smoke shop for a U-Haul or even in general probably the worst experience of my life.RoseMarie J.

I found it hard to find. I saw it when I passed by but I never thought of a vape shop as a a dealer for U Haul. The drop box was all new to me I did not know the system. I later checked and found an e-mail saying it was a vape shop.RICHARD S.

I went to pick up at my original location. No truck. Sent me to another several miles away, lots of trucks but no one way even though I was assured there was a truck they were holding for me. I even suggested a smaller truck of which they had 6 on hand. Finally sent me to this location 18 miles away. They were great. In and out in less than 10 mins. Still waiting for adjustment to bill for having to go to three locations and use of smaller truck. Stated that they were adjusting my miles allowed and when I got to other end, I still owed. Even though I only went 426 miles. It was 406 door to door and I needed to get gas. Overall experience a 2 out of 10. But this location was fantastic.SEAN F.

This was hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced at a Uhaul.Philemon I.
This first location I had reserved the truck at did not have the one-way truck I had reserved. Given I had taken an Uber to that location, I had to them take another Uber to a location that had one. What is use of reserving on-line if you let people reserve a truck that is not there? Truck I ended up getting had old water bottles, and toilet paper under and behind the seats in the cab. I took the truck cross country, and it had no cruise control, no bluetooth connections, and not even a USB port. I am not likely to rent a Uhaul again given this experience.Jason B.

I was both surprised and very unhappy that I was quoted one price that included unlimited mileage and even though I returned the vehicle a day early, I was charged an additional $400.00 over the original price. There was no damage to the vehicle and it was returned with a full gas tank. even though I asked, I was not given any reason for such a price increaseElizabeth M.

While the location was convenient, The staff member that helped me was a little aloof and did not seem that knowledgable. He struggled getting the hitch on the ball. And told me twice he thought it was the wrong size ball. It was not. When he hooked up the safety chains, he hooked into the hitch cotter pin vs using the ring on the hitch. In the future will use an alternate location.Roman B.

I originally requested my uhaul pick up to be from a main location. It was switched to a neighborhood dealer. I would not recommend this location unless you have two people with you and have your own wiring harness. We had to lift the trailer up ourselves to place onto the hitch. Definitely needed two people. Once we dropped it off. They noticed we had to buy our own wiring harness. They were shocked and asked why uhaul didn't provide one. We explained that this was a neighborhood dealer.Cassandra H.
Went to return the trailer and the lot was a mess. Parked the trailer in the back no one came to help or inspect even though it was during business hours. Guy inside took my paper worn and said I was all good after being on the computer for 5 min. I went and grabbed a pic of the trailer just in case. A week later I get a call from corporate because they never checked the trailer in. Love u-haul would never use this location again.Gino M.

I was paid for PADS and there was no PADS available. I tried calling UHUAL and waited on the phone for over an hour to get a refund but no one answered.Ivette F.
Returned the vehicle 2 days early and still have not received a refund on the early return on the truck!! I was told that I should have an email from the company advising of my refund and that was over a week ago!! I am very frustrated since the equipment I initially rented wasn't even available then had to rent a truck not a trailer that I was promised from my online reservation which was $500 over what I wanted to spend & yet no concessions were made from the company!! I would like to have a customer service rep contact me directly to get my refund back on the truck I had to rent & returned early. Thank you for your assistance in advance. Chandra LoveCHANDRA L.

The person there knew nothing about how to work with UHaul customers or the process. I had to demand a drop off receipt that she was unable to provide as a normal course of business. I felt sorry for her because of he total lack of training.John H.
I reserved the trailer to be picked up a large uhaul location. A couple days before I was called and told they didn't have any there and I'd have to pick it up at a vape shop. I was NOT impressed with having to pick it up at a place like that. Walking in, the lady was very nice but the place smelled of CBD, there was drug paraphernalia everywhere, and a vape counter/bar in the store. I'm just glad I didn't bring my kids with me to pick it up. I was pissed! The trailer was dirty inside and I had to sweep it out when I got home. So unlike other dealings I've had with Uhaul.Curt H.
First off they didn't have the appliance dolly that I reserved so had to drive 6 mins up the street to go get one. One that added mileage, and two took time from my rental. Second there was a service tire warning on the truck, so had to go fill air in the tire.Brian R.

I did the mobile Check In as asked to do so, I never was give. A code to pick up the key, just prompted Me to go inside. The lady working was friendly, she helped a lot. However though it was Odd I didn't get a code because she had to look it up and go open it from the box herself.Kyle S.
