The user experience on your booking website was terrible at best. I spent long periods of time on the phone with customer service trying to rectify the situation after multiple attempts to pick up the vehicle, and enter confirmation codes, both through e-mail, or text message. Also, some of the buttons would not allow me to check them as the terms, and user agreements would not show up on the screen. I use Google Chrome on an Android phone, so I am using the most common operating system on a new 5G phone, so I know it is not a result of my phone being old. After many frustrating attempts, I contacted customer service, and the gentleman who I spoke to had to manually send me codes. He was excellent in his professional demeanor, and was patient, and understanding. I was grateful for his help, and he resolved a very stressful situation. If the website was more user friendly, the experience would have been much better.

Took an hour on the phone with uhaul just to get the keys as my email and phone number wasn't in system. Covered in snow and ice with no means to scrape and brush off truck . Truck had no M and S or snow tires which is illegal on most highways in the okanagan/interior. Had to call tow truck as I got stuck with poor tires.

The customer machine on the counter seemed to be acting finicky. Either that or the software. It all got done and Brad was super but it was a bit frustrating for the both of us I think.

The vehicle cab was not clean and there was damage that had not been reported from the previous use. The agent had to sweep out the box - it was very dirty. The whole rental seemed rushed and he was just trying to get rid of the vehicle. This office needs to explain the rules clearly before renting (I got nothing)

Make sure locations and dates are as they are originally indicated. The dates on our pickup were wrong and therefore our rental was not available and we had to travel another two hours to pick up our trailer

The location was fine, but the van had no fuel (had a 1/4 tank), the app didn't work for the pick up, and then they wanted to charge the surcharge when i put more fuel in than i used. I will never use uhaul again!!! Horrible experience.

I turned up at the site to pick up the trailer. The agent was courteous and helpful. I told him who I was and he took care of all the rest. Trailer was ready. All I had to do was sign the papers and pay. The trailer was hooked up to the truck and away I went

The truck was nice.... However, U-Haul uses a rib tire, meaning that there is 0 grip in adverse weather conditions. Do not use if the weather is not perfect!!!

Regarding Q1 How would you rate this location? It's a auto wrecking yard that has U-haul as at least its 2ndary business. The premises are typical for a wrecking yard; mostly grease & auto parts; somewhat intimidating but the staff were all over customer service. They dedicated staff to processing the person in front of me & myself with a 3rd person waiting. Rating @ above average. RS

I'm upset I was told I would get reimbursed if I didn't use all my fuel the truck barely made it to the gas station then took $100.00 to fill I used only a quarter of a tank and the woman in Kamloops where I dropped it off was rude and ignorant, about the whole fuel issue telling me that the place where I picked up my uhaul was wrong and offered me nothing, she would not even stand still to talk to me I had the chase her over the whole truck lot just to receive a shitty answer,I will rather spend the extra money and get a moving company than to use uhaul again from the experience I received

Truck was dirty inside, and when I returned it in the same condition I was charged a cleaning fee. I ordered furniture blankets and none were in the truck. Despite contacting customer service I was still charged for the blankets.

I find that the requirement for cellphones a little obtuse. What if you don't have a cell phone, where it is now required?? SPECIFICALLY, I did not receive an invitation to record the damage on the trailer that I was renting, until about 1 hour after it was in my possession. OOPS! While I applaud your online presence, it is certainly not paperless. I came home with 7 pages of crap that I didn't need.

Your reservation system leaves a lot to be desired. I Had a confirmed reservation which was changed on me at the last minute an alternate was provided which was ridiculous. I did get it worked out through a new dealer with one day free to make up the difference but what if I couldn't. Point being the purpose of a confirmed reservation. Jack Goebel

I set everything up before I picked up the Truck to skip the line, therefore the guys at the location had to do everything over, then I wanted to pay cash and they asked me for a deposit? While using a credit card the deposit will be waved, that's not the location fault that's a bit confusing and stressful Should be very clear as it showed me what I have to pay while pick up the truck The people work there are really good and there was no hassle at all Overall I was satisfied with u haul I had a negative experience in Winfield before they try to charge me for gas apearantly the tank was low , but I took pictures from gauges when I dropped off the truck so that conversation stopped right away, but that was about 7 years ago guys here in Vernon where very nice and nothing have been funny Thank you

We booked a month in advance and had to drive 45mins to Vernon to pick up our uhaul. We understand that it's only your preferred location but you would think a months notice we could pick it up in Kelowna. Moving is already stressful without adding 90 extra mins of driving. We also booked a larger trailer and there must of been some kind of mix up because the trailer we got was way too small. We believe this must of been a miscommunication over the phone. That is a understandable mistake, what is not understandable is when we got started moving we noticed that the tire was completely bald. We had to again go to uhaul which told us we had to go to kaltire to get it switched. Completely unacceptable! We were on certain time restraints and had to drive on a major highway for 4hrs. Could of cause a accident if we didn't notice.
