Virginia NI had the truck reserved for three days but we were able to get done in a few hours. They were still open so I called and was able to take it back early. That was greatly appreciated.

Judy HLocation was great, extremely helpful. Truck was for sure a local only truck. Exhaust leak and fumes in truck with a leak in box. Good thing it was below freezing remaining days. Had tire deflate and location helped me out! Location saved my move.
Andrew SThe truck I was given was a true piece of junk that needs to be retired. It had a horrible exhaust leak that was insanely loud in fact I think I may have lost some hearing as a result of it. Also-inside the cab wreaked of CO2 which was significantly worse when sitting at a stop light-this is not healthy. The check engine light was on the whole time I had the truck and I was afraid we were going to break down the whole time I was driving it-retrospect I should have asked for something better.
Michael VYou might want to instruct renters to stop and check the straps after they have gone a short distance. They usually loosen up. I’m a country boy so I knew this. A person inexperienced at towing might not!

Amanda TThe first truck I was given was missing a windshield wiper, they were very accommodating at getting me into a different, perfect truck. Also I had requested a pick up at a different location, I had to pick it up here. I simply agreed because I was moving and needed the truck, because of my inconvenience I was given 20 “free” miles. Seemed like an ok fix I guess until I mapped the location to my old home, 26 miles. So I was upset because out of the gate I would already be paying extra. The man working at this location listed to my worry and he issued me some additional miles. I feel like that was great customer service! Thank you

JOHN WBack of the truck was not clean; there was a sticky residue on the box floor which we did not see until we started loading. Was very easy to miss on a standard visual inspection from the outside. This was definitely the exception, not the rule, as we've rented at this location before and always have a great experience with clean, well-maintained trucks.

ROGER MI like supporting local businesses. I have rented from this location 2 times and everything is seamless. This last time however the truck had a cigarette and fuel receipt in the cup holder and I found an empty bottle of water under the passenger seat as well as an empty shampoo bottle in the back of the truck. No big deal just appreciate attention to detail when it comes to cleaning out rentals for the next customer.

Linda WLet the customer know more about what is involved in the drop off procedure when the location is closed. Also, the print out receipt is so small, like a font size of 4 or 5, so making that at least 8 so it is easier to read would be helpful.

Julie Kone of the bars to assist in keeping the doors open while loading was not attached to the trailer. It seems that should be checked when a person picks it up.
