Shorter wait time at pickup. However, don’t see that as anything to deduct from the overall experience since it could have been unique in staffing and number of pick ups at once.
MARK RI liked the location. Friendly, somewhat fast. There was someone before who was "ate -up." Didn't have their paperwork in order, and still owed from a pervious move. The clerk simply gave them a number to call and then handled my reservation in approximately 5 minutes. I like the location and will rent there again.
