Strange. No real idea where the office is located. No equipment is visible when arriving at location. Office with UHAUL above it was a locked door. Had to look around for quite some time to find anyone. Then he had to find another guy who knew something. Had to wade thru multiple bays in a body shop to get to office which was dumpy. Lot where trailer was stored was too small. Road to pull out of lot is on a blind hill & I almost got hit by an unseeable car just pulling out. Awkward. The best thing you can do is revoke this business' license to operate U-HAUL equipment. This guy is a liar and a cheat. He accused me of turning in a dirty truck with no proof. I do, however, have pictures. I will be disputing the charges and I will NEVER use U-HAUL again.Terry N.

Charged me an extra 100.00 after I already paid upfront for everything. They even charged me a drop off service fee to their location. Is a horrible place and just ruined my experience for ever renting from uhaul again in the future. Still haven't gotten my refund after I called customer service and they said they would.Jasmine W.

My return was on a holiday. I called the toll free U-Haul number for instructions, guidance, or to provide them with proof of drop off, however the agent said to leave the trailer at the site. So I did - several hours earlier than my drop off time. My family does not live in a location with great cell coverage, so it wasn't until after the holiday that I received a text providing specific drop off instructions for the site. I recommend these be provided as soon as possible on a one way rental, as you never know when a person will drop the trailer off.Brandy L.

Dropped off truck at location, personnel brought a broom for me to sweep up back of truck, truck was cleaned before dropping off, took before and after pics... No difference. He told me if it wasn't swept he would have to charge me an additional $25, then after doing all that there was an additional $14 charged he didn't even know about, overall cost for renting a truck I think was too high.Christopher C.

I had no problem with the Vine Grove location. Joey was very hekpful. I had a major issue with the location at Bluegrass Industrial Parkway in Louisville Ky. I ordered the 26' truck from this location 2 weeks in advance and received a confirmation number. The dates and timing were confirmed on 6/12 for 6/14 pickup at 4pm. I called the Louisville location and shared I needed the truck between 12 -1pm. When I arrived on Friday 6/14 at noon there was no 26' truck on the lot nor on the way. The representative at this lot threw his hands in the air, took no responsibility, and blamed Uhaul. He contacted the regional rep who made us aware of a truck in Vine Grove which we drove an hour one way to get. This mismanagement of our confirmed truck request cost me 2.5 hours in loss of time and moving labor. Not sure why this happened but to say I am disappointed is a major understatement. This was totally disrespectful and unprofessional after I had scheduled and confirmed a truck rental at this specific location in Louisville weeks in advance. I told the local rep that he has visibility to the confirmations and his inventory. He should take responsibility and do his job. On a positive note the truck from Vine Grove worked well and we are successfully moved in to our location in TN as of 6/17.mark D.
The car transporter was an older model, and one of the rubber constraints that holds the fender well in place would not stay secured.RICHARD B.

I dont think Uhaul should charge so much for the insurance. I paid $29.95 per day and had it 8 days which equaled $380. That is outrageous as it was used for an in town move. The location I rented from was excellent, extremely professional as well as courteous and helpful.Christine C.

I was given a pick up location in Radcliff, Kentucky and they didn't have the vehicle I had requested, so I was sent to another location in another town. When I inquired about why they wouldn't have the vehicle I reserved, he stated, that is a "preferred" location and not necessarily the pick up location. That is confusing, because there were no other locations listed on my document to pick up the vehicle. I think this is a strange practice.Ronald D.

Don't have any recommendations. The gentlemen at the Vine Grove location helped me load and provided recommendations for every stop. It was my first experience towing and he helped me more than I could have asked for. I would recommend having someone experienced like him to provide assistance and make the inexperienced tower or equipment user alot more comfortable with services provided.Lorenzo W.

When attempting to drop off the truck. This location is gated. Uhaul requires if you're dropping the truck to be behind the locked gate. Since this location is a tow company they are never at this location.Daniel N.

Signage was unclear at pickup site. Operator was late. Problem with Elizabethtown location when I tried to reserve the truck. The woman would not make a commitment about when/ where a truck would be available; she kept saying, â€œI can't conjure one up out of nowhere.â€ She did not seem to understand that I needed a confirmation of some sort because we're making a major life change here and have a lot on the line to get our stuff to our new location. She transferred my call to a very helpful man in â€œtrafficâ€ who really worked with me to resolve the issue. It all worked out great.linda H.
