The phone number for this location on my reservation is out of service. When I got to this location during business hours to drop the trailer there was no one there with a note on the door with 2 phone numbers to call (different than the one on my reservation). The first one I tried no one answered and the messages were full so I could not leave a message. Someone did answer the second number and I was just told to leave the trailer in the lot, no one to check the trailer out or anything.Carol G.

I had a truck closer to my home but you double booked the same truck and that location had no more available so we stood around for 30 minutes waiting for you to find us an available truck somewhere else. I do not like all the waiting I had to do in the back alley parking lot of the 2nd location while you called references. I have rented uhauls several times and didn't need a lease or a call to my mother to get one. I also think you should still sanitize the vehicles before having the next family pick it up and think customers should be discounted for checking and taking pictures when there has always been an employee to do it before. I successfully moved all my stuff but the uhaul experience was terrible all around. Next time I'll be reconsidering.Baletica G.

They lost the key after I dropped the truck off, and then called me repeatedly to accuse me of not turning it in. This was after they had already moved the truck from where I parked it, so they clearly had possession of the key after I left.GRAYSON M.

The staff overcharged me 5.2 times more than the actual milages (Barely reached 20 miles). It was my first time rented Uhaul from this location at 5925 S Wentworth Ave, Chicago, IL 60621. Before we drove the truck away, my friend took a photo of the starting mileage at 3:30 pm on June 3rd, 2021, while the staff, Michael was there with us. We returned the track after adding 19.8 miles at 7:30 pm (3.5 hours earlier than the time I supposed to return) on June 3rd, 2021 while my friend dropped off the key into the drop-off box in the front of the building. And we drove my car left the U-haul parking lot. Then the electronic receipt showed I drove 124 miles, $147.63 via Uhaul email. on June 4th, 2021, I thoroughly checked the starting mileage on the receipt and realized it is completely wrong from the photo that I took. I just wonder how could that guy got that milage to reach such a type of misdemenaor. Wish the management team can investigate this case and make it right for me and the future customers.Juanfang M.
