I called an stated roof leaks and why I had to leave I ask for payment back for the 10days I left early and staff said no refunds and its in your contract no refunds. To me this is totally not right as its not my fault the roof is leaking. This is very poor customer relations and will make sure I never come back or recommend this Location!! Also your hours are too short in the evening.

But mgmt said they would not refund my $125. So I was trapped. Also, my light inside the unit never worked. Look at the storage units before signing anything
