My favorite location
Lennette RI was transporting a trailer for U-Haul and was supposed to drop the truck and trailer at same location. I called the location while enroute and was told that they had no room for the trailer and that I would have to be dropped off elsewhere. I dropped off trailer, moved my son into apartment, and had to come to original location to drop off truck. I would never take the offer to move equipment for U-Haul again.
Timothy WEverything went smooth. Check in and check out (in person) was super easy and fast. Judy and Roger were great to work with! I only received half the blankets I had reserved which was inconvenient, but I did not double check receipts or count before I left (as recommended) so I take that responsibility. They apologized when I returned. If you live in Durham central, it’s super convenient! You can fill your tank with gas right there on the spot when you return as well.

Tammy DStaff was great! Very helpful and explained everything and recommended the right dolly. Smell cigarette smoke in the office. Truck worked great but had the check engine light which the staffer told I can ignore. Check out and return process was quick and easy!

ROBERT LU-Haul app would not accept the photographs I took of the truck, but it was very easy to get help with chat, and they immediately sent a link that took care of the problem. The electronics (Bluetooth, USB connections, were somewhat difficult to use, and I had to consult ChatGPT, so instructions connecting your phone to the sound system would be helpful, though I was able to get the information and get connected eventually.
Timothy MThe issue was not with this drop-off location, but the original Drop off location, MJ LLC. When I arrived at MJ LLC, I was told that they were no longer a drop off location, and had not been one for almost a month. Why was this still active in the U-Haul system? I had to find another location, Wades Texaco, which was another 5 miles from the original. The system should not have allow the original drop-off location to be selected, and then it should not have been used on the equipment contract when the equipment was picked up. U-Haul needs to do a better job in keeping their system up-to-date with active sites.

John GRenting from Wades was easy and convenient. I checked out the truck before the station opened and had no issues. Truck was old...had 143,000 miles on it but it got the job done. Might be time for UHaul to upgrade it's fleet. Would have been great to have had a back up camera that shows on the rearview mirror like some of your competitors.

Sam DWe arrived 20 minutes early but the truck wasn't back yet. Ok, our reservation was for 10 am, I understand. The owner tried to call them, but no answer. They arrived a bit late but had not filled up the tank. from that point forward, they had started to work on one of many waiting customers. Then, between the computer system and the owner trying to figure it out, it took another hour to get out of there. it was the 30th of the month, so people shouldn't expect anything in way of available rentals. but they probably lost 3-4 customers who were waiting.

Jeffrey MWade’s UHaul service is excellent! They notified me in advance when the 17’ truck I reserved was unavailable due to this size being phased out of fleet and offered both 20’ and 15’, with no up charge for 20’, which I accepted. They also recommended and updated my reservation from 5:30pm to 6pm so I could return anytime that day without getting charged for a second rental period if returning after-hours, which of course I ended up needing and benefitting from. They were also friendly and kind!! Definitely recommend this location!! - T

margaret hVerify equipment condition. The trailer I rented had worn tires that were unbearably noisy and vibrated uncontrollably after loaded. I had to pull over and have roadside assistance come and change both tires. This caused me to be extremely late getting to my destination.
