The Warwick location was wonderful. However, I had initially rented from CJ's in Westtown, NY. But when I arrived in the morning to pick up the truck there was no truck. The person at the counter had no idea and blamed UHAUL. I was put on hold with UHAUL for over 30 minutes making me late for work. Then had to scramble for new help and get to a truck in a different location. I had even confirmed with UHAUL the night before. Customer service for UHAUl was awful. Luckily Wadeson's was able to help.

Rented a pickup and used it for 1 hour, driving 4 miles on a 1 day rental. The Uhaul rep asked if I filled up the gas tank upon return, I told him a gas station is as far away as the miles I had put on. He was rude and left for 15 minutes when I had to close the transaction with another employee. Steve should get another job but Wadeson is a nice place to do business with.

Service was excellent except for one thing. PLEASE INFORM CUSTOMERS there are no straps or ropes to hold furniture (in this case, a piano) to inside wall of truck. Fortunately, we only had to travel 2.2 miles.

They only had one person working the desk who had to go out and setup each rental after checking them in. With a one of customers, they should’ve had one person checking in and another getting each renter setup outside.

They were a savior. Went to another location, that was supposed to have truck and they didn’t. Roe Bros in Florida Ny. Wasted a trip and no call to let me.know.Went to Wadesons and they got my nerves away , when I thought I wasn’t going to have a truck. Made my day.Highly recommended. Thanks Wadesons!!

A little disappointing that there was no way to lock the trailer. I had to keep the trailer attached to the car to prevent theft. This limited my movement. Either couldn't go anywhere or had to take the trailer.

The vehicle was dirty - tires and floorboard full of mud from the prior user. I also bought the insurance and this location claimed I put a small dent in the bumper and charged me - I didn’t put the dent in the bumper and even if I had I had the insurance. They tried to slip this charge past me. I am very unhappy and want Uhaul to reach out to help me resolve this issue ASAP.

This was a great location with great people and a great van to rent This is my third time using them and I do recommend using Wadeson Home Center for a truck rental R Pleyer

All went well except i left 2 grass buckets in the van by mistake. When i realized i went back to the location. My original sales person was there and very helpful however the person checking the van removed the containers and left them along the side of the road and didn't call me or inform the store i had left them. Luckily the were still there and i was able to retrieve them with the help of the original salesman. You are only as strong as your weakest link but overall a good experience.

Truck was dirty never cleaned from the early snow storm, ramp was full of salt and unsafe to walk on. The cargo bin ad damage to the flooring and a section was torn up and protruding which i tripped over. I complained and was told to contact u-haul.

Staff seemed very short and was like here you go ill show you truck and just seemed to be bothered... When i went to drop off the truck again the staff that did the Uhal rental was seemed bothered that i came to drop off the truck. I said to a guy that was wearing a uhal shirt putting stuff away. Hello sir i am here to drop of the truck i rented he said oh i don't handle that another person isn't there right now just leave key on counter and your good to go. That to me felt very uncomfortable for multiple reasons. Leaving a key on a counter who's to say someone else would take it and use it on my dollar. I would not use this location ever again.

I used truck share program, sadly I had trouble with finding the lock box for the truck key, could not open key box.had to wait for a employee to open box. 8:00 am pick up left U-Haul pick up after 9:00 .when I got in the truck the tire sensor light was on so I had to stop and fill the tire with air they were all under the 80 psi stated on the side of the truck that was anther 20 minites of my leave time.

YOu lost my reservation made in July so it would go smoothly, knowing we were moving labor day weekend. We ahd to spen over 3 hours on teh phone to secure a truck again and you made us drive 2 hours to get it instead of loal.The truck was fine, not that clean and I get a clenaing fee too ! When someone make a reservation and get to the destination and I can’t retrieve the truck due to the fact of lack of communication/ I had to pick up my truck from a whole Nother location An half an hour away Plus I felt like I wasn’t compensated for the trip And the representative/manager I was speaking to on the phone wasn’t helpful

Very upset that I reserve a 17' truck and get a 10' truck. Made moving much harder, had to make more trips and cost me more money in miles. BAD. And the person at the desk was rude.

You need to get a better reservation system. I had reserved a trailer and then when I got there I was told they did not have it and I had to rent a truck. Cost me 4X the amount. Then you did it again. Decided to rent a truck two days later and you called and said oh no, we dont have the 17' you reserved, you can have a 10'. Pissing me off!

Since I didn't bother with the online reservation system (which is terrible), I had a very positive experience renting a truck from Wadeson. The only problem I had was that the Uhaul reservation system was very, very slow, so I was in the store for much longer than I expected.

As my hometown hardware store, I couldn’t ask for anything more. I dropped the trailer off I the parking lot completed the check in process and was out the door. I’ve never had a problem with Wadeson Home Center!!

I was charged 13.50 for gas even after I put gas into it. The sheet said 1/2 a tank but was under that, the employee hand wrote it onto my sheet but never onto their system so I was over charged. Other than that very helpful staff.

I spent 3 hours waiting for my trailer 45 mins away from home. The lights on the truck didn’t work after I had the child who handled the paperwork check them. Got pulled over 4 speprate times. I called the 800 # during this and was told to call back once I completed the trip. Spent 25 minutes on hold just to be told to come here. This is really upsetting. I was made to believe I’d be getting a refund after completing the trip. This is just some bs survey. I really hope for a call back. After waiting 3 hours spending over an hour total pulled over and 25 mins on the phone when I should have had a gaunrteed pick up time and a working trailer. Please call 6465700760

I had to wait for a LONG while for the website to work. Multiple times having to provide the rep with information, even though i entered it all on the website when I reserved the trailer. Found out while using the trailer late that the running lights didn't work and ended up getting a ticket. I guess I shouldn't have assumed that all lights worked. Not a great experience
