Malte F.Location was terrible. It was a dirty gas station and they didn't know how to help me with my uhaul reservation initially. The attendant kept saying their uhaul system was actually suspended right now. They didn't have my equipment ready in the truck. The uhaul had a cracked windshield and the check engine light was on. It was awful.

LISA S.I had to do the pickup over the phone; it took 30 minutes and it was difficult to hear all of the details. It would have been faster and easier to have an actual person doing the checkout. I also had to drive 24 miles from home to pick up, which wasn't deducted from the total allotment of miles, which seemed unfair since there wasn't a closer location available to pick up from.
Meghan S.The u-haul was parked next to a disgustingly smelly dumpster. The woman had no idea why I was there. She called her boss so I could talk to him on the phone. The store smelled REALLY bad, had green mold covered meat they were selling and I got sprayed by an automatic air freshener while standing at the counter, talking to "the boss".

Barbara S.I wanted 2 different dolly's that was on my order but when I went to pick up the truck he told me over the phone because the guy had to call him but said he didn't have any of that.. I said okay just take it off my bill.. the total was supposed to be $100 and something by the online order.. well please tell me why I got changed over $200 plus those 2 dolly's are still on my receipt I was just sent earlier. I'm furious. On top of poor service I was overcharged.
