The staff was excellent and very helpful. The self storage staff was A+ and very helpful The issue is that the internet connection is so spotty that it is difficult and frustrating to upload pictures to use the pick up after hours feature. The drop off location had also changed and I needed help with that. The agents and staff were AWESOME but the process was difficult.Jean E.

Although I gave good marks for the location, I can't say the same for countless phone calls to uhaul. Got different answers to questions and then over charged about $50.00 for a service I never ordered. This is the 3rd time I have been over charged and will not use uhaul again!doreen B.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Web pages don't always work for online checkin. I was quite grumpy after attempting and getting 404 Error. Truck was in great shape and though reasonably clean, I wouldn't say it was as clean/sanitized as they said it would be for these "crazy times."REBECCA H.

There was an issue with the lock box which made the pickup extremely PAINFUL! The Wareham site and the 1-800 number were both unable to give me the lock box number NOT HELPFUL!Anita S.
Movers I hired never showed, being able to get a truck quickly and splurging on a lg dolly made a tough day easier. I was able to move everything by myself. The rental process was easy peasy.Jodii M.

It was almost a total diaster, uhaul switched my pickup location and the attandant had no clue how to do anything , I was on a very tight schedule and had to go to four different places before I finally got my truck if it wasn't for the self storage guy I would have been screwed. Don't do anything online , deal with someone face to faceDavid H.

It was a bit confusing when I returned the truck after hours. It took about 1/2 hour to figure exactly what should be done with the truck Finally, someone at the storage area who was using his storage center helped me out. I think a sign at the location of what to do would be most helpful.Kristin F.

The employee at Wareham Storage Charlie, was very helpful when I ran into a glitch dropping off the truck as far as completing the transaction & paying for the rental of the truck & dropping off the key. All in all a good experience & very reasonable price.Lori W.
There appears to be a disconnect between U-Haul and Wareham Self Storage regarding purchase of moving supplies. They gladly provided me with the items I purchased from U-Haul, however they indicated that these were not U-Haul materials.Sylvia L.

Have a spare key somewhere. And maybe have the uhaul drop off service put more than 1/8th of a tank in the vehicle. Also take money off the balance if there is more gas in the vehicle than there was before.Christine D.
