The worker that used to work there went into my unit and left it a hot mess....he stole everything just about not nailed down all the mice did not eat and it was a shame I was paying all that money for my property being destroyed and he was suppose to be the over seer of the building. He stole a kennel that was there and a bunch of clothes and shoes and I almost cried when he stole a lot of valuables from me....nothing but a thief.JOHANNA B. | Overall Experience
The website didn't work to pick up our rental. We were going to pick it up at 8 am and we had to wait until the owner came (thankfully 30 minutes early!) at 9 am to open the box to get our keys. Very displeased with the 24/7 Truck Share option but the owner at Watts N Storage was very helpful and got us going when he got there. But our rental was not available at the right time.susanna P.

The gentleman that rented the U-HAUL to me was very polite. You don't find many people like him that goes out his way for you. If I could I would give him a pay raise. He's an A+++ !!!Berlinda D.

We reserved a truck to be picked up at a specific location three weeks in advance. We never received any update that the pick up location changed. We arrived at the reservation pick up location to be told they didn't have a truck - were sent to a location 15 minutes away and then were told they didn't have a truck. Sent to the Watts N Storage location, which was another 15 minutes away from the second location. The pick up process at Watt N Storage was very smooth. However, we are extremely disappointed with no communication about change of initial reservation location, then having to be sent to two other places for our reservation.Carol J.

I was overcharged on mileage. My ending miles was 108052 not 108152. I was overcharged for 100 miles.Matt S.
My uhaul experience started when the dealer where I had my original reservation called less than 24 hours before reserved pickup time and 5 days after I made the reservation to inform me that a truck was not available. Unacceptable! After a pointed conversation with the original dealer, they arranged to have one available at the second dealer. The second dealer was late opening at pickup.Randal E.

The gas tank was on 'E" (empty), so I had to fill it at the closest gas station to the site. The rental agent gave me a $40 credit towards gasoline, which was very helpful. I put in more gasoline than I needed, but the agent was not able to credit me for that. Only 1/8 of a tank is required but I had 5/8 of a tank left when I turned it in. It would have been more helpful if he had been allowed to give me a credit for the additional gas I paid for out of pocket. I would urge you to review this situation, and if possible, remedy it.David L.
