These people were trying to fix the problem that the lady at the first place so drastically messed up but I have yet to hear what they are doing about it. I should be reimbursed for my entire trip we're having to deal with any of that you guys should be ashamed of yourself. Better distribute your equipment instead of having 100 trailers at 1 location in Clermont, FL thereby artificially raising the cost to rent a trailer. I paid 3 x the cost for a smaller trailer on the exact same trip in reverse because of this unfair practice. I will consider buying a trailer before I rent from you again because of this. I want to be clear this is not for my pickup location, this is for UHAUL.Mark P.

I have never had a worse experience than with uhaul. They were very unaccomomidating. Zero customer service when I called about the location change that they made. All of this the day before I was to move! I went to the waupaca location on my own and they were super helpful. If it wasn't for Aaron at the Waupaca Mobile, I would have definitely taken my business elsewhereMelissa F.

We were told when we reserved the truck that we might have to travel up to 60 miles to get it. We had to travel over 180 miles one way to get it. The Air conditioner didn't work. and it was raining very heavily when we picked up the truck . It was an extremely bad experience And I won't recommend Uhaul to anyone!RaeAnn D.

The online reservation is very confusing because I reserved my trailer at the Courtside bar location in Waupaca and ended up going to Waupaca Mobil. I had called the contact person Chuck for the uhaul rentals at Courtside to ask if there was anything else I needed to do and he said if I paid for the rental that I could just go pick it up. Then I got another message from uhaul stating I had to pick the trailer up at Waupaca Mobil. So I go out there and there was a woman ahead of me that had some issues herself and she talked to this Shane Sargent and he was just as rude to her as he was with me. I asked why the location changed for me and they said because the Courtside location was closed. When I talked to this AMF Shane he basically was calling me a liar that this guy I talked to would of even said I could just go pick the trailer up. Poor customer service!Kathy S.

Double check to make sure you didn't forget to waive any unintended insurance. It's not real visible with all of the screens you have to cycle through clicking â€œno thanksâ€ on your way to the payment screen. Even there it's not real clear exactly what the final total is.Don W.

During my trip the trailer became unhitched causing the brake to engage. I was able to safely pull over. I was unable to secure any assistance from U-haul, so my auto club came to reset the brake and reattached the trailer for me to be able to resume my trip, after a two hour delay. I was unable to get through to U-Haul's roadside assistance.Thomas N.

During winter time, truck should be warmed up, snow cleared off windshield and back of truck, so much more convenient from ordering online and getting the truck an hour after opening.Jason P.

The u-haul computer program was not functioning at the location, it was very frustrating and I had an extremely long wait time. If there was any other rental places close I would have left, but I could not. The uHaul representative was pretty much useless.MATT M.
This pick up location. The guy I ordered the trailer from was rude and I side the building smells horrible. He did not give us our full contract so when we return to Appleton we had no idea where to drop off the trailer. I called the Waupaca pick up location and he just swore up and down he gave me the entire contract when he didn't and he said he had no idea where I'm supposed to drop it off. I ended up bringing it to M and G as I've dropped off trailers with them before.Erica H.

The problems I had with U Haul had nothing to do with the local people and everything to do with horrible customer service at the corporate level. Two rentals in four days, worst experiences ever. Unlikely to use U Haul again.Greg W.
I requested New London, WI which has 3 locations within 2 miles of me. Uhaul changed it to Waupaca which is 20+ miles away. So I had to drive 1 hr round trip twice. On top of that I was charged that mileage which doubled my bill. Wasted 2 hours of my time, gas money, and money to pay you to get the truck to the correct location.Daniel H.
