The truck wouldn't start, twice, if I hadn't had a jumper box I wouldn't have been able to use it. Also, I almost didn't have the key as it was in the wrong box.

Had trouble with the 24/7 drop box, because of having to use a uhaul web site to complete the trip information, as the return location was closed (they closed at 4 pm on Friday, the first day of a holiday weekend. When i tried to do that on my phone it refused to recognize my password even after getting a confirmation code on the phone that I tried twice. Finally had to call U-haul. after a long wait on the main number, we finally reached a very nice lady, Ariane, who was able to help us and get the transaction complete so we could drop off the truck. She sent us a copy of the initial contract by email, but neither my computer nor phone can read it to print it, as it was in an unknown file format. The u-haul employees were all very helpful, but your processes need to WORK. U-haul needs to desperately update their computer system to current standards and use normal file formats for printing contracts, such as word, excel or Adobe and NOT a .png format which is ancient computer history and provide updated tools, such as working printers, to their franchisees.. Noting this, your employees or franchisees that we spoke with were very nice and helpful, especially at TIlton, NH, which also had needed supplies. The truck was fine and we received the supplies needed to do the job, but U-Haul PLEASE update your computer systems! .

They did not have truck or equipment we requested. We had to rebook another truck and could not tow car.

The Web interface does NOT work in Erving. I had GPS on phone, but your software cannot function at this location. The owner said this happens all the time, he was extremely helpful. No problems with rental or truck, just web stuff not working!!!

Most impressive part of this rental was the person who waited on me. Was outgoing, friendly, smiled etc. As usual equipment was topnotch.
