If you want to improve the experience for the next customer do not send your customers to this location. This location is a furniture resale shop. If the franchise dealer/owner is serious about being a U-Haul franchise, he or she should make the investment (time, money and personnel) to do so. This location needs additional trained personnel, well stocked with moving supplies and a service center garage to fuel, clean and service the equipment properly.John C.

The physical store was superb and the people were friendly and helpful. The website reservation however was a clear failure from UHaul. It incorrectly listed pickup and mobile options causing a 2 hour loss of my time. It incorrectly confirmed my mobile pickup then didn't allow me to get a vehicle when I was supposed to. When we opened the back of the truck roaches were everywhere. The representative stated they were going to get spray but instead gave me money to go buy the spray myself. Really? So I had to bomb the truck and spray before I could even put my furniture in the truck. I had to wait two hours before loading because the truck had to air out. When I got in the truck it was at a little over a quarter of gas. Now to my surprise I am being charged for the return of the truck because on the contract it had a full tank. I took pictures from beginning to end. As I am writing this review there is now answer for my call for over 45 minutes. This is the worst service ever. I had a very bad experience with the u-haul van that was rent to me the van was not in good service. When I hit the high way I realized that the speed can only go on 40 mph when I should be doing 70mph . It too me 2days to get to Maryland that is 32 hours of driving and I was pulled over by a cops they think I was sleeping on the road. I have to explain to them that the van can not move pass 40 mph so I was told to put the blinker on and I have to spend more money on gas it was so terrible. I reserved a trailer almost 2 weeks in advance to pick up at a U-Haul facility close to my residence. Then two days before my pick up the location changed to a facility that 5 miles away from my house. This is not acceptable and is typical of U-haul. I only wish you all had a competitor.Jeff K.

Such friendly, cooperative, helpful people. I arrived near closing but they got me set up and off and on my way with detailed instructions on where to call ( 1 800 U-Haul) if I ran into trouble. When the straps on the dolly got fouled at about 1 am I remembered where the phone number was on the truck because she was so careful to point it out to me. The young man who came at 1:30 fixed it quickly and got me back on the road in 45 minutes. U-Haul... you have done a great job of training and customer service awareness preparation. The pickup location business was fine. My only issue is that a 5'x8' trailer is not that measurement for usable space. Possibly exterior measurement. Inside, you are shorted by more than 4â€ each direction. A real pain.Carole C.

I rented out a truck on Monday , returned it on Tuesday. I was charged $29 for the day plus the miles fee all that added up to $43 . When I went to return the vehicle on Tuesday the person who did the paper work for me the day before wasn't in the office , one of the employees of the store received the keys and said he had everything down (Milage, Time and gas tank that was return ) So he could give it to the actual person that works receiving the trucks and paper work . I made sure I took pictures of time and date of the drop off . Yet I was charged for another extra day because of the lack of responsibility and communication between employees . I ended up paying 84.55! I was charged the standard 19.99, 14 for insurance and I paid 20 dollars for unlimited miles within town! When I returned the van, there was another 32.55 charge on my account, which is a double charge because I've already paid the 20 for unlimited miles!
