What a find, very well managed

Seth CI’ve rented a U-Haul van here a couple of times now, and it’s always been a pleasure. The staff are so friendly, and the vans are always spotless and in great shape. Plus, they were super helpful and let me extend my rental time when I called last minute. I’m definitely planning to come back here again!
MICHAEL WExcellent experience picking up... the only reason it's not an Excellent is that it's a little challenging/confusing to park. We parked temporarily in the side lot but there were a lot of no parking signs so it's just a bit confusing. Employees were friendly and efficient, the truck was ready and easy to access. Return was easy.

CHRISTOPHER LThey charge me $14.72 for Gas. I put 14 Gal. gas over what was in the Gas tank when i picked up the truck. ** Last time the same thing happened from La Brea Location. It seems like UHAUL making more money from selling GAS. It's the High Way Rubbery!!!!!!!! I AM NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR ACTION AT ALL !!!!!!!!

AKSHAYRAMAKANT PThis review is for Jenell, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my moving day went smoothly. I ran into an issue with the DMV and only had an interim paper version of my driver’s license, which made things a bit complicated. Jenell handled it with a great attitude and walked me through what I needed to do so I could finalize everything and pick up my truck and moving supplies. I was pretty frustrated that morning due to things outside of both my control and U-Haul’s, but Jenell completely turned the situation around. She was friendly, respectful, and genuinely focused on helping me find a solution. She’s a great representative for the company and definitely deserves recognition for her effort—whether that’s a shoutout, bonus, or raise.

MARK DTruck was clean and running well. Location has no bathrooms. Had to piss and was not allowed even after transaction and paying. Customer parking was in non gated location in sketchy area of town. Worried about my car getting broken into all day. Also thought your policy about taking selfies to to rent a truck is absurd. You have my drivers license. I often use a tough Cat flip phone for work that does not do the things your policy requires to rent a truck. So, you really should state somewhere that if a person does not own a modern smart phone they are not allowed to rent a truck. Not everyone has one or carries one everyday. Other than that, the lady working there was nice.
