The location where I was supposed to drop off at did not have room for the trailer neither did another location close to my house. We were thankful the 3rd place would except the trailer. The whole ordeal was very frustrating !

I will go back to them for sure and would also highly recommend this to all of my friends who have college kids needing to move!! Excellent experience!

Online booking business address is misleading. Reserved a 10 foot truck and appliance dolly. It was not mentioned that 10 foot trucks do not have ramps. Required re-booking reservation at the dirt storage lot location via tablet with agent unfamiliar with process. The four hour window requested was shortened to three because of lot closing time.

The rental location is in a storage lot, not the address listed above. No one was there when I returned the trailer. There were no problems, but this is unusual.

Business was closed and I later got a call asking me to return truck. I said that I had returned it to the place I had selected and which was confirmed in an email. Woman on the phone said the place had been closed for over a week and seemed frustrated that someone would have to go retrieve vehicle...

When I arrived at the drop off location that I was given by UHAUL, the desk clerk told me that that was not the drop off location for UHAUL trailers and that I had to travel to another location 25 minutes away. I navigated to that new location and was brought to a rural lot without a structure to talk to anybody or authenticate that I dropped off the trailer. I was advised to call the cell-phone of the property manager who was cross with me on the phone and told me to just leave the trailer anywhere and he would pick it up. It was an uncomfortable experience because he didn't ask for the trailer identification number or any other rented contents. At no point did I have a face-to-face interaction at this site.

I had to go to three locations before I could drop off this trailer. U- haul needs to do a better job of telling the customer on where to do a drop off. This was very irritating.

The folks at the drop-off location were super helpful and friendly; the actual drop-off location was about 2 miles away from the actual drop off address UHAUL lists; but there again, there was kind gentleman who met us, and checked the truck in super efficiently. I would only recommend updating the actual drop off point in the UHAUL database, or informing customers the holding yard is a few miles from the listed address. That aside, super easy check-in, and exceptionally helpful and friendly service!

When you go to drop off the rude lady tells you this is the wrong place and you have to drive another 20 minutes to the correct place. Unacceptable at best. I want a refund of my charges for the complete and total inconvenience of this issue

I got double charged for this rental. I was initially charged for a 2 day rental when I only had it for a day. I've called several times to have this adjusted. I was then charged for the correct one day rental, but I'm still waiting to have the 2 day rental charge refunded to me.

Nothing. I understood all of the instructions. David was great, friendly, pleasant, and to the point. He was very accommodating too because I needed the truck on Mother's Day at 5 pm and he was there so be sure to acknowledge his ability to be so accommodating on a Sunday on Mother's Day! Reward him with a lunch or dinner ticket because he's a very good employee! My friend will be moving and I will make sure she books with this Uhaul site. She will need a 26 foot truck though or 2- 15 footers.

The pick up location on the instructions is incorrect. Some people have time constraints and need to be up to date and not chasing down the driver and lot 5miles away to get trailer. Simply states where the address is the first time. The loading lot you have also had limited hours and opens when they feel like most days.not a happy customer

I originally reserved a truck with Oviedo Auto Repair but they called the morning of the 20th to tell me the truck I reserved needed a battery and she transferred my reservation to Willem. When I arrived at the East Mitchell Hammock location to pick up the truck I was asked “is he bringing the truck here?” First, I did not know who “he” was and since I was picking the truck up at that location why wouldn’t the truck be there? Then, she proceeded to tell me they don’t keep trucks there and I had to go to Slavia to a storage yard to get it. Slavia was approximately 5 miles away. When I got to the yard I had to call “David” to meet me there. David arrived a few minutes after I called him. There was one truck there and it had a trailer attached. David did not get out of the truck to detach the trailer but instead asked the young man who was with me, the customer, to unhook it. There were also issues with my reservation. None of my information transferred over, so I had to give my license and credit card to David, sitting in his pickup truck in the middle of a field. This was the worst experience I have had with renting a U haul.

I was told the office was open until 1900. I arrived around 1745 and no one was available. I spoke to the Uhaul customer service Center and was told that sometimes they leave early if no customers are around. I was also told that they opened at 0700 ( by Uhaul customer service). I called at 0730 on Sunday 7 April 2019 and no answer. I again spoke to custo.er service around 0930, and was told "they should be open". The trailer was dropped in the rear of the building, pictures of the trailer were taken, the contract was left in the Uhaul container.

This experience was horrendous - I absolutely, positively will never be using U-Haul again, and I will also be going out of my way to make sure no one I know uses U-Haul EVER again. This location was 30 minutes from me in BFE in the middle of some field, and I had to meet some dude named Hank with 2 teeth. I felt like I was doing an illegal drug deal to rent a U-Haul. Then I had to wait an hour and a half in my car for some other dude to help me put my car on the back of the lift and charged me $25. I for sure thought I was being pranked. Oh, and by the way, this experience was extremely pleasant compared to dropping off the damn thing.
