Was not happy with the experience, to begin with. Not anything to do with the pickup location though. The process. Truck was reserved for Mundy Street Wilkes-Barre for 9am. Pickup was changed by uhaul to different location and time, putting us 1 hour behind schedule and then was told by uhaul nothing could be done. Then the location origianally said for truck to be back by 6pm, when it was rented for 24 hour period! thankfully, after calling they said it was ok if it was back by 10am. (which originally the rental timeframe showed 1 day, 4 hours)

We were completely satisfied. We ended up needing the truck for longer than we thought we would and I just had to call and let them know. They were very professional, helpful and friendly. Also the gentleman was wonderful explaining everything we needed to know about the truck and prices of everything we needed.

Rude customer service and didn't explain how to drop off truck after hours when website wasn't verifying address at drop off location. Spent almost an hour with customer service. Never again.

Individual was not practicing social distancing and I had to tell him twice I was trying to stay 6' from him and to step back from my truck so I could retrieve my hitch from the bed that he was requesting to see. Uhaul requested I check in online which I did but it didn't simply the only-person process at all.

Very upset I was charged for an extra day when I dropped it off a day before my date of drop off then stated the drop off was to be at 8am but no one was there to check the truck the place opened up at 10am not too satisfied !

Inform customer in a more obvious way that the site for pickup has changed. I made the reservation at a different site and showed up to pick up and found out Uhaul had changed the pickup site on me. I had received a confirmation text but it was not very obvious that the site had been changed on me. The text should start out with an alert stating the change, not buried deep in the confirmation.

Very unprofessional and not helpful at all. Also I was charged an additional $80+ on top of the $50 authorization charge. The actual cost was $33. Extremely inconvenient and further complicates my situation. Always an issue with uhaul services. Never again will I settle for uhaul.

Service was terrible. Sign said the place was open when we returned the UHaul around 6 pm so we went to the office to check out in person. Guy in the office took the key and slammed the door in our faces and didn't check us out, and then we couldn't check out using the mobile app without the key so we had to call and speak to a UHaul rep to take care of it over the phone. After a long day of moving, it was really frustrating. The rep on the phone was really nice and I've always had good experiences with U-Haul in the past, but I'd never recommend this particular location.

Thanks. I received a confirmation call for my unit before my scheduled move-in date. Unfortunately, the $6.95 charge is difficult to remove after not receiving an email for a survey to refund card.

Dont make a customer pick up a truck at a particular location without the customer agreeing to the new location or dont allow someone to make a reservation at one location and get assigned another by a text message and when the customer calls - dont be rude and say theres nothing you can do about it you have to pick it up at the new assigned location

The gentleman wasn't very friendly and felt like I was bothering him. The truck had a pretty strong unpleasant smell in the cab. The back of the truck was ok. Had some dirt and a left over drum stick from what I can guess was the previous user. All in all, it did serve the purpose I needed it for though. Perhaps since the tornado in this area a few months ago it's impacting things. That was the site I usually rented from and had a bit better experiences.

Have a 'real' emergency number posted somewhere on the property. I needed to speak with someone and the number printed on the key tag had me on hold for 15 minutes and 47 seconds before I finally hung up.

Please clean the inside of the windshield. It was very foggy from normal air blowing up the windshield. very difficult to see out when driving into the sun

When I reserved the truck I choose Hazleton PA and was told I needed to go to Wilkes-Barre PA. The women gave me an extra day and miles but I was still charged for the insurance. So I paid an extra $67.00 for UHaul mixed up. Gentleman at this location was very nice.

Everything, both the sales clerk and the owner where very dry and not pleasant! Their prices where outrageous I spent $17.50 on 6 boxes... that's crazy because the regular uhaul prices is like $8 cheaper. Never again, and I recommend no one stop at this joint!!!
