The truck was dropped in a big pile of mud and water puddles, the back area was not cleaned and had broken glass scattered across the floor and the truck seemed to need maintenance as the wheel was shaky and pulling as well the brakes were not working the best.

destiny aAs a first time user if UHaul, the personnel who attends the UHaul should give a walk through on how to use the vehicle, what are the dos and don'ts and everything. They just gave me the key and that's it. I haven't get acquainted with the vehicle that well and the wipers are the worst during snow time. The wiper needs replacement coz everytime I used, it doesn't do any good. I only see around 30% of the entire windshield while driving.
oliver gWell I went to pick up my truck for 7am , get their no keys they send to me to different location which is 25 kms away n I have drop it back off that cost me extra 60kms atleast . Which wouldn’t let me drop it off else where

Randy MYou're company is trash, your app didn't work, I spoke to your customer service for 45 minutes and the only thing that got me into your pathetic lock box was the guy who works at the garage showing up and opening it. 0/10 would not recommend your company, you did nothing and the local garage did everything.
eric lHe didnt know anything about a deposit and said he sent an email , a deposit was required but i dont know why a couple people i know rented and thats why i did and they didnt need a deposit
WILLIAM EEnsure all trucks that are labeled under truck share 24/7 are actually set up for truck share and mobile pick up. Went to pick up my truck for 630 pm Sunday night as it gave me the option to online & then was stuck trying to get through to customer service until 8pm only to be told I had to go back in the morning when they were open to pick up the truck as it wasn’t set up for truck share.

VINCE CMake sure to finalize all charges to the persons credit card on day of return, not 10 days later when the customer figured things were completed already. Not happy with the billing process at all!
Lisa HWilson's location was fantastic Crux contracting was a joke booked 2 weeks in advance show up at scheduled pickup to he told to come back 8 hours later. Then as I pull into parking lot at Wilson's buddy from crux calls wondering why I haven't picked up the Uhaul. Wilson's saved me as a customer I was going budget rental truck
Steven MNo storage within 130km radius, and had to change initial reservation. NO ONE on Saturday, after speaking with so many people, I started getting the same people twice, no one could change a reservation for Nova Scotia. I ended up needing to drive the truck an extra 180+km, and spending an extra $500 on mileage and fuel, while no one could provide options or properly help because they were all in Ontario, no one in Nova Scotia.

L LThe inside cab of the truck was disgusting filthy dirty & there was an empty used Tim Hortons cup still inside the vehicle, & I had to sweep out a mountain of dirt from the back deck. Not one part of the truck was cleaned prior to me using it! Totally unacceptable, especially during COVID!! I was NOT IMPRESSED!! I'll be looking for another alternative the next time I move.

Angus GYes, I would recommend, but only if they can pick up during the time the business is open! The pick up for ordering online was definitely not user friendly! It took my son and I longer to try to get the truck & return it, than it actually took us to load & off load my moving items from my old place to my new place. This is my second time to rent a uhaul truck (my first experience was to move across country in 1996). Both times were experiences I would not care to repeat!
Linda WWent on line to get the truck , was after Wilsons were closed , took almost an hour , on hold for quite awhile before getting someone to talk me through the process , don’t like the long wait but the person was very helpful when finally getting through the long hold

Keith BI spent hours on the phone with customer service and no one suggested I change the site permissions for locations which would have helped. It took 4 hours for me to get my rental keys and was the most difficult time I have ever had renting equiptment.
HOLLY RNothing....The staff was very helpful plus they showed us where everything was and how to use the step up. They also walked us through about dropping the u-haul off which was a great help....Thank You...I'll be back

Anthony CI don’t have the invoice number but if you checked my history you will see I recently rented a 6 x 12 cargo trailer from Wilson’s in Glace Bay .I was not offered insurance ,so I could not decline it but I saw I was charged for it . Should have been asked so I could have declined it . I rented a couple more times last week from Cape Breton Flooring in Sydney and was asked about insurance . Your records will show it was declined. Thank you F Gillis .

Derek MI would not recommend uhaul people I spoke with over the phone at uhaul weren't very helpful and charged me over $ 300 for a truck which I had for 16 mi and from 9am to 23pm dec 28 the owner of Wilson's collision is trying to fix the issue however I think next time I'll use someone else enterprise maybe customer service will be much better I believe
Ernest PGary, at Wilson's Collision was helpful and curtious. I had an issue with the auto transport trailer lights halfway through my one way trip causing several fuses to blow during my drive at night. Causing several delays and dangers on the side of the highway. Gary gave me a number to call

James DCall center support sucks. I could not get the selfcheck out to work when I was at the location and bye the time i got through to uhaul I was at home and had droped off the trailer. They charged me an extra 30$ because I did not want to drive back to the location, call them back wait to get through and it was the fault of the website not working
Justin DRental location is a body shop and the employee had very little interest in dealing with trailers and Uhaul equipment. Didn’t even go outside to help me hook it up. Also the trailer didn’t have a tongue jack and was quite heavy to deal with. Apart from that the trailer worked very well and did what I needed it for.
