The employees were top tier professionals. They were polite, interested in the customer's travel safety and experience, dedicated to finding the best equipment and sharing handling procedures.
Steve MBusiness was closed at pickup time; I had to wait 45 minutes for someone to show up. Never received a close out receipt, either. Terrible location - will avoid at all costs.

Brandy HI went online to reserve a truck and furniture dolly. But when I arrived they allowed someone else to take the dolly even though I had reserved it. With heavy furniture to move that day I had to go out and buy something I should of had from on rental company. So why would I reserve anything from U-haul again as you do not honor what the reservation was for. Maybe have someone understand customer service.
Kevin AYou have to watch them very closely to make sure they don’t take advantage. If you do that, they’ll probably be okay. I suspect some of the management is dishonest. I cannot recommend a business where I don’t trust the management or the employee, even if the service is acceptable when I keep a close eye on them.

LINDA EAlternator and associated parts stopped working; needed Roadside Assistance to fix, which was good, then 300 miles was added to my mileage on the closing transaction, which looked like an attempt to recover some of the money lost due to poorly maintained vehicles. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Shelley SWe had no problem with the location, however they charged us $4.90 a gal. on refill of 7 gal. for a trip distance of 44 miles ( odometer readings of 2122 miles out and 2166 miles in). The vehicle, a new pickup, has a listed mile rating of 17 miles per gal. If this is how they do business, we would not recommend them.

Roshell Hi tried to return the truck during business hours. no one answered the door, so i left the keys in the drop box. i didn’t realize before i left the keys that i would still need them to complete the online return, so i tried to go back about an hour later and get help from the employees but the door was still locked. terrible experience

JUSTIN BOver charged me for a trailer. Had the price on the wall and still charged me almost double for a trailer.

ANTHONY GTrailer had tags that did not even match anything so I got pulled over and wasted an hour and a half of my time. Was extremely overcharged and no one would even reach out to me as I was told they would to resolve it. They just keep trying to charge my card when I dont have it. Would have been cheaper to just pay a tow truck to move my stuff...

floyd cMy vehicle broke down. We informed them of where it was located. They accused me of trying to steal the vehicle. Informed them three more times of the situation. Then charged me 800.00 yet the vehicle still sits where it was broken down at and it has been almost 2 weeks since this has happened.

When I spoke to guy that I rented it from he didn’t seem to understand any of why they were charging me more. I got gas tank with a with 1/4 tank of gas and returned it with a 1/4 tank of gas and they are trying to charge me $60 for it. I will never use Uhaul again!!

Jamie CI felt she was trying to nickle and dime me about the gas. Also, I saw a U-Haul closer after I dropped off the truck, which would have saved me the extra $9 charged for milage. Everything else was perfect.

Lucas AThe previous person left me with half a tank. The pickup location was sketchy. Very unsafe ramp that you need to go up in order to get the key. Also, no lights on the property for people picking up at night.

John LHours are mis-leading. Both Google and the stickers on the door say open til 5pm. Showed up at 4:15pm, a day early to return the truck. Nobody there. If anyone didn't know how to use the app, you would get hit with a fee for returning outside of "business hours". Also, Uhaul app, gave us an option to return the truck at 8-9am the next morning. This business doesn't even open until 10am, therefore you're still returning outside of "business hours".
