I signed up to pick up from an agent as it said open til 5. Stood outside for an hour in hundred degree to pick up the truck due to difficulty. Which put me behind in doing what I needed to do. Then I get a call indicating I had not returned the truck from someone when the truck had been sitting for 3 day. We also put gas in it before returning it and i was charged for more gas. How do I know that no one drove it since they didn't know it had been returned.
