Great employee here - I didn’t get her name but she was very helpful.
LEWIS TI reserved a 20 foot truck but when it came time to pick up the truck I could only get a 15 foot. The steering box was a little floaty and the truck had a loud belt-slipping noise. The lady who waited on us was very pleasant and friendly. She definitely knew her job.

Christopher AI rented a truck and told them I needed it for about a half of the day ' maybe less maybe more,I don't know for sure. He said no worries your all good and gives me the key. About 5 hours later we finish the move and my phone has two missed calls from the U haul and I get another and answer and some young lady commence to tell me she has two small children and I'm messing up her schedule and she wants my truck back immediately. I asked what she was talking about and she just said I have people waiting for a truck and I need trucks. When I arrive back there 4 other trucks pull in also and they apparently got the same phone call that I did. Unprofessional, and she shouldn't be renting out trucks that are already rented for the day. I don't like to do this to businesses but you can't do your customers this way and not expect to be called out for it.
