Have the u haul cleaned out. I had to clean it before I could use it. Also I was charged an extra 5.00 when I returned it not sure why because I used less mileage than what we stated and we put gas in it before returning it. Also reserved an appliance dolly and they didn’t have it when we got the unit.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe padlocks were on the wrong doors, and it took almost an hour to talk to someone to get the truck. Then it did not have the things that I rented inside it that I needed for the move. There was a leak in the truck when it rained that got my things wet. I honestly do not think I will rent again from U-Haul. I was also called by another location stating that I never returned the truck, when my email said this location for pickup and return. It was literally the worst experience that I have had renting a truck.

Monte BI initially set this reservation up as mobile pick up, since it was to start at 5pm, which is closing time for the business. However, I was unable to use to mobile pick up because the owner/rep did not complete the request and leave a key when at least 2 hour notice before pick up was provided. Luckily, someone from the business was outside and around back working for a separate part of the business and was able to handle the reservation. If he hadn’t stayed to work on something else, I would have not been able to get the truck I needed.
