Mark SCouldn't get a 15' with ez ramp
Casey BGrime and dirt in the cup holders I had to wash the inside of the windshield in order to clearly see out of it. Clean things up a little bit for your customers.
JAMESR NWhen I departed the U-Haul in Florida, the tank was slightly less than half. I took a photo and noted that. The range to empty read 159 miles. Before I dropped off the truck I put additional gas to get it to half a tank. The range read 180+ miles. I felt I more than met the obligation.
Chester MTruck was very dirty. I have pictures and it drove horrible. The steering was awful and the slower you go the worst it was. Pulls and wobbles.
REBECCAFRANCES JKolden and Mae have been very kind and helpful. The trucks were clean and way to use, and the mobile app was easy and quick to make a reservation. I would define hi back to them for my moving needs 100%.

Michael MI signed up to pick up from an agent as it said open til 5. Stood outside for an hour in hundred degree to pick up the truck due to difficulty. Which put me behind in doing what I needed to do. Then I get a call indicating I had not returned the truck from someone when the truck had been sitting for 3 day. We also put gas in it before returning it and i was charged for more gas. How do I know that no one drove it since they didn't know it had been returned.

GARNETT WThe company refused to let me wait to check over the vehicle, instead they wanted to do it when I was gone, and they added 3 gallons of gas after I told them I added 3 gallons of gas prior to dropping off the truck. they mileage total was 27 miles driven. There is no way we used 6 gallons of gas. The location refused to credit me the $16.57. Absolutely ridiculous. I want the refund credited to my card.

DUSTIN LHad a bad experience with the rental towing trailer had a bad ratchet straps noticed once had the car already loaded Inspected upon arrival to pick up locked good but one of the ratchet got stuck or rusted wasn’t able to strap car down
ELIAS HWhen I was on my way I noticed Google said the location didn't open until 10, but Uhaul said 9. I got there a little after 9 and the open light was on, but no one was around and the door was locked. The app also wouldn't let me check in like it was supposed to. I finally got that to work and it pointed me to the truck. I was told to go to the counter and give them my code. They usually use a lockbox setup so the employee wasn't sure what to do and with their computer down they couldn't do much. After about 15 minutes of him trying stuff and boxes, he found it in the dropbox. It was never checked back in. Thankfully the truck was fairly clean, there was some dirt in the back but nothing crazy, but he had to stop me and check the mileage and gas. Which delayed me even more. Easily the worst rental vehicle experience I have ever had. They did have the truck and the location is convenient which is why I gave it 2 stars.

JAMES SThere was nobody at the rental location when we arrived in the late morning. So we drove to another nearby location that was "open" and there was nobody there either. The second location turned out to be the storage lot for the first location. We called their phones and no answer. As we were driving to another Uhaul location they called back and apologized. The rental process took forever and the Uhaul site wouldn't allow the contract to be printed. Very frustrating.
