Office was dirty and customer service was unprofessional and not friendly. We got dinged for being 30 minutes late due to getting gas for the truck.

Nobody was there to help me to pin the trailer, which it was physically impossible for me to lift it enough high to get it on. Very frustrating. Also, i had to drive 3 hours to get the trailer as the location I selected when booking couldn’t let me take that trailer du to the location I was dropping it off at the end of the trip. Then they told me the location i wasnt able to take back the trailer. So du to the new location beeing closed on the weekend i could have the 2 extra days for free. Which i got charged for it. Not happy i would of just dropped it off on Saturday if i knew that. When i got the location there was no room for me to drop it off. I had to go to a different location as it was 8pm they were closed.
