How U-Haul Reviews WorkCab was clean but needed to be wiped down to include the steering wheel. App was a problem trying to upload pre-trip info. Staff was excellent, very helpful. We will use this location again.
Todd WRouted from desired location to this one (after two confirmations) before they decided they didn't have my trailer, where I wanted to pick it up. Right rear tire 25psi (other 3 tires 65psi), one of three red lights burned out on rear cross-member, brake fluid reservoir very low and fluid was discolored.
Charles BIt wasn’t the locations but apparently I had to pay 150$ more for an even larger truck although the system said several locations had it. Then they stated it was a system glitch and they couldn’t do anything over the next home for someone to call me after I already paid to only say I should’ve waited 3 hours after I booked because there were some system issues and I’d have to wait for a call back after I return for the difference and then when I called it’s a completely different thing 🤦🏽♀️
