The drop off process was very quick and I was able to return our truck quickly with very little delay. The associate at the drop off location was very friendly and helpful.
malcolm mWeird to pick up a vehicle with a tank that is 3/8 full, and need to bring it back that way. Think maybe to start with full tanks, and bring back with full tanks? The customer already has to 'guess' how many miles they will go, and then need to 'eyeball' a gas tank?
Jim FMy only issue was with your app. Very challenging to use. Many inputs needed to be completed several times. Wish I did not need to use it
TAMMIE CI do t know who's to blame but I made a reservation in June and had the receipt as well.. I went to pick up the truck and they wanted to charge me and extra $800 dollars. The uhual rep called customer service for me and the rep Jose was no help at all luckily I was able to talk to someone else because Jose wanted me to pay that extra for sure. Keep your receipts because sometimes they will try to not honor it.
