Mike and Aaron were respectful, kind, and so professional through this entire experience. They handled my large shelving unit with care, neatly packed the truck, and brought their own supplies like blankets, Amazon moving bags, and chords to secure everything in the van for move. Matt DDrop off was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Brian PRented a MC trailer and asked to make sure good tires due going on 3000 mile road trip. Tires looked OK but right rear was out of balance. I thought about this for 3000 miles of vibration…you guys have a good product but poor maintaining of equipment….. dadadada vibration !
ERNEST GLocation is good. Service was quick and easy. I originally got booked because the U-Haul place I went to did not have availability for me but they could look it up and saw that his location had a truck for available. The process was quick and reservation was made so I just had to go in day of to pick up and provide my information. Staff was professional and the text messages to confirm and get updates was nice. I was able to drop off the U-Haul before they closed and received a receipt shortly after. Would use again if moving near by. Thank you, Meer U-Haul!
