Location is great, staff there is really nice and helpful. Self pick up process is complicated and time consuming. Why do you need a friends contact info when I’m liable for the payments and everything? Once we provide friends contact info the approval process is time consuming. I had to spend about 30minutes in picking up the truck 🤯
Balwant SPeter is extremely competent and professional, and made the entire process quick and efficient. My only issue was that the u-haul app installed from the Apple App Store had glitches that made it unusable (namely: it would open and immediately closing upon 'Log-In' attempt. The behavior persisted despide repeated installations, iPhone restarts, etc.) For the same reason, the check-out via app was impossible (so again kudos to Peter that was available for a call on Saturday late afternoon. I hope you will test and correct the app soon.
daniel sI was overcharged for a 1 day rental. It was supposed to be 45.24 and I was charged over 140.00 for the the total rental. I added the same amount of gas. Only drove the vehicle for 10 miles and I returned it and followed the rules the same night!! I am very upset and I want my money that's due to me returned to me asap!
