Kind of slap dash operation. No idea where the check in was had to wonder for a while to find it. U-Haul rep was great and truck worked. Just a pain to drive due to poor suspension and loud cabin noise.

Michael FTruck was not clean or pulled from back parking lot on pickup. They did not have the dolly I had requested and when I mentioned it I was told "you just have to hope it's here even if you paid for and reserved it". Truck was low on gas, under a quarter tank, when picked up. Passenger side mirror was wobbly and unsteady. This truck and location was the worst out of the many times I have used uhaul for a move. If I did not have a passenger with me this truck could not have been driven due to side mirror.
