Arrived after hours, so determining where to park, and then the hunt and seek to find the key slot made for an "ok" return experience. The proximity to a gas station made this a favourable locale.
Robert TAir conditioner did not work---this was mid-august in Georgia. Extremely hot weather. The truck box had broken glass in it and was obviously not cleaned from previous use. When these were mentioned to the employee on site, he did not seem to care or interested in noting it for future. When picking up the truck (a 10 foot truck) there was no mention that the truck did not have a ramp and whether we would need a ramp. We were not aware of this and it made the move much harder
David SI needed to return the rental after hours. The U-Haul app required that a code be sent to the phone number of the account on file to validate my transaction; however, the phone number on file was my office landline (rather than my cell phone), and I was stuck unable to complete the transaction.
Mobility SNothing. Drop off went very smoothly and quickly as well.
