We got to the location and couldn't find the truck we were supposed to rent. We texted the Uhaul people and they put in a ticket to cancel and refund our trip since we couldn't get our truck. I havent heard from anyone yet. The whole experience took forever to sign up, verify, etc. It was super stressful start to finish and now I still need to reach someone about refunding it since we didn't use the truck at all bc it wasn't on site.

After hour dropoff is unclear. Drop-off box picture on app, not even close to reality. Orange, well marked box in picture, but a black unmarked box in reality. App takes over 5 minutes to download and required. Not fast or simple. Requires N/A answers to submit.
Lamar JMake sure the vehicle is safety serviced. A message that the tire pressure monitor system needed service was lit up the entire trip.
