The blankets I reserved were not available, i had accepted an upgrade from a 10 foot to 20 foot but the truck was in fact a 26 footer. I did not need that much and it cost more for fuel to St. Louis than I should have used. The person actually processing the pick up was not on site - spoke to him by the store phone.

Great service and lots of options in vehicle
Prashant PI rented the trailer to move a tractor unfortunately the wheel adjustments on the trailer would not work for my tractor my front wheels are narrower than the back wheels so it was pretty much a useless experience and costly

Paul CThis was the worst experience I ever had using UHaul. There was a huge mix up with my reservation that was the fault of UHaul corporate and not this location. I was supposed to pick up my rental from another location. So, I had to drive another 15 minutes out of my way to pick up from this location. When I get there, instead of having a 15’ truck, they only had a 26’ truck. And, the truck was dirty because the previous renter didn’t clean it out. And, it didn’t have the additional equipment I reserved. When I called UHaul to have them fix the problems and make an appropriate price adjustment due to the inconvenience, all they offered was to not charge me the 7 mile difference between locations, which was such an insignificant way to handle the situation. Later, when I called again to report the issues of the dirty truck and lack of additional reserved equipment, they did make a price adjustment.
