How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis waa “just” an hour away from where I was scheduled to pick up from. Though this location had very shortened business hours which would have adversely affected my move. I felt between the two runaround situations, we were adequately compensated for our time and gas mileage for this (taking an extra vehicle of ours to this remote location) definitely didn’t feel I was given extra consideration. But adequate.
