The first time we went to this location she was rude and didn’t even give my boyfriend time to change plans and sent him to a location 45 minutes away. They did not call us when they opened to let us know they didn’t have a trailer and then when they found out he was there to pick one up, told him “ you will have to wait” and he just had to stand there. We did get a refund for this. The second time, we dropped off a trailer and she didn’t check it in until 4 days later and charged us for 3 extra days. No big deal except she laughed, said she knew she messed it up and said “I was waiting for you to call” instead of fixing it before she charged us an extra $89! We aren’t made of money and don’t like the weird charges on our accounts. She did refund us for the extra charges but I am not happy with how this location is being run and hate that it is the convenient spot for us to drop trailers off. Someone needs to check this out.
