The customer service was horrible. I spent ages on the phone when they changed my pickup location last minute and was unable to get it resolved. Additionally, I was told I would be put in contact with a manager and never was. Also, I added an authorized driver to my rental multiple times online and on the phone and it was ignored until the literal pickup. Overall it was such a difficult experience, especially considering how much money I paid for this rental.

Dionne MI picked up the U-Haul with just under 1/2 tank of gas on August 5th and returned it on August 6th (not the 8th as noted in the receipt) with the same amount of gas in the tank, just under 1/2 tank. I protest being charged $64 for gas I did not need to pay for since I returned the truck with the same amount of gas that was in it when I took possession.
