I use this Uhaul location when I need a truck because its convenient, and they are kind. Uhaul changed my pickup location without notice. I spent 30 minutes or more changing it back to my original location for pickup and return.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe vehicle rented was falling apart. Engine light on, minimal power, driver door about to fall off, etc. The list goes and on. Thank goodness we only used it for 10-11 miles. Was extremely happy to turn in the keys. I thought that was rather poor performance for U-Haul. I very glad I don't do this very often.
charles avery helpful in fixing the drop off mistake made by pick up location. would return to rent from here again.
