The office was closed when we arrived at 11:30 for our scheduled appointment. There were no notes on the door saying when someone may return. Nobody answered the phone at the site. After 20 minutes of waiting someone finally came to the door of the house, next door to the office which my wife had been knocking on. The gentleman was unfriendly and stated that he just wanted to finish lunch. He tried to present the persona of professionalism throughout the rental process but it was very evident that he was displeased and somewhat agitated. It was rather uncomfortable and unpleasant. I did not appreciate the attitude but I appreciated even less having to wait without even knowing if someone would eventually show up or if I would need to go to another dealer. Something I definitely did not have time to do. My hope is that he was just having a bad day and that this is not normal. He did his job well when he showed up even if he was unpleasant to deal with. I will return here if necessary but it will be a last resort so to speak. I sincerely hope this gentleman finds some happiness and peace.
